Townhouse holiday rentals in Province of Lecco

Andrea & Lily (dog) met us at the gate, gave us a tour of the grounds and house, which was super clean and very beautiful. We were only there one night but will definitely return and stay again!

We had a fantastic and memorable trip! The accommodation was private and the well fenced garden was very much appreciated by our dog. The mountain/valley view is just like the picture; breathtaking and peaceful. At least two official hiking trails are walkable directly from the accommodation and are very scenic with views of the surrounding lakes and mountains. We appreciated the little touches like the wall photos showing surrounding towns. It was nice to see the historical photos of the building and the investment made in the restoration and enhancement made in modernizing the building (while preserving its character). Not doable without a car, but I would say the same for Como in general. Parking at the accommodation was no issue.

We were Alessia's guests for 15 days, the information received for check-in was very clear, timely and accurate, flexible check-in is a great convenience. The apartment matches the listing photos and the cleanliness is great. The garage from which you can directly access the house is very convenient. The location is great, sunny with panoramic mountain views during the day and in the evening you can admire the stars. Nearby you can reach all the necessary services. We thank Alessia for always being available, quick to respond and kind.

Nice and comfortable apartment in a quiet district

Communication with Livio about check in and local recommendations was excellent. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some simple meals. The balcony view is absolutely stunning!! It's a quiet relaxing neighbourhood. We didn't have a car but it was a beautiful 45 min walk into the centre of Varenna and it was always easy to get taxis. We didn't have enough toilet roll and bought some extra but that was a minor issue. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

It's nice stylish apartment. Clean, quiet and very private. There are plenty of safe parking spaces. And the most importantly - Paolo and his family is the great host, who are ready to help at any time and in the same time preserve your privacy. I spent very pleasant time here.

Beautiful modern house with an amazing view and big garage. Great communication with the host. The location is perfect if you are by car. You have a little market 5min walk with the most necessary things. For everything else you need a car or have to walk down stairs to the coast for about 15-20min. The walk to the stairs is not perfect, since you have to walk 40-50m on the mainroad. Important to note also that you can hear everything word by word between the two bed rooms. We would definitely come again, because overall the house was great and the location perfect to discover como.

There is so much positive to say about this experience. Giulia and Paolo were fantastic hosts. My family of five stayed here when traveling from the US for Taylor Swift. Giulia was very responsive, with great recommendations for local eats. We loved that the home felt very safe, secure, and secluded, yet walking distance to dozens of restaurants, and a groceries store that was quaint, yet provided all the essentials. I tend to not sleep well in dusty environments due to breathing complications. No issues with that in this sterile home. The house was very clean. I felt the home was a fantastic value. Can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Giulia and Paolo for your hospitality.

Very nice host, promptly responsive and friendly. Great neighborhood in a quiet, shady street but very close to the tram line and restaurants and cafes nearby. Convenient transportation to Duomo. Old but charming townhouse with very beautiful tiled floors and decor. Washer and Dryer in the house was convenient. In hot summer weather AC helps a bit - but otherwise an Excellent Place to stay. A beautiful house in a beautiful setting. 5 mins walk to the lake. Lenno is a lovely town and it's easy to commute to many if the other towns around the lake.

Very friendly and helpful landlord. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description, great view of the lake, very clean and spacious apartment. Restaurants, shopping facilities, beach, etc., within walking distance. Landlords always help with tips and excursions in the area. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely come again.

We had a great time at Ele’s place! The cozy townhouse has everything you need and is especially perfect for groups of up to 6 people, thanks to the three bathrooms and large dining table. Ele was very helpful and made our stay in Milan truly enjoyable. Thank you so much, Ele!

It is a wonderful house, in which you feel right at home. The people in the area are very friendly and Gianluigi was also very friendly to us and gave us good tips for great restaurants. Beautiful apartment, beautiful garden! Air conditioning in every room was a godsend in the heat! Could have spent the whole vacation in Cornaredo and the house and would have been just as nice if not better! The town is a fairy tale come true! People are friendly, the market is lively and full of stuff! The house is close to the center and parks! You should definitely check it out! Next time in Italy I'm staying there again!
