We were warmly welcomed by Maximiliano and his mother . They had prepared an amazing pasta to welcome our group. Everything was exactly how it looked at photos and even above the expectations. It was one of our great experience at Airbnb. Maximiliano was always very responsive, gave us a lot of local suggestions for restaurants which allow us to have a true and authentic Italian’s food experience. The view of the house was outstanding. the house was very clean and in an excellent location. We will definitely come back , thank you to Maximiliano and his mother for incredible stay .

We loved loved loved our trip to Colico! The house is beautiful and a fantastic location. Walking distance to the lake, shops and restaurants. The hosts are fantastic and so friendly and helpful from check in to check out! We will definitely be back! Thank you so so much to Donatella and Sara xx

The apartment was super nice, the highlight is the open living/dining room with the spacious balcony and the great view of the lake. It is impossible to describe how great it was to have breakfast on the balcony and start the day with this view and/or end the day. Everything was taken care of. I'd come back anytime!!!

We had a lovely stay at Fulvio's, Lecce is only a short walk away and there are all the amenities you could need there. We got the public bus to Como one day, but other than that we spent most of the time relaxing and the place was perfect for that! Thanks Fulvio!

We had a wonderful stay in Elisabetta’s apartment in Bellagio. The apartment is really lovely, as per the photos (if not nicer in real life), plus you have the use of an outdoor balcony/courtyard (which was ideal for giving our small dog some outdoor space) with patio table and chairs. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the town and a stone’s throw from the ferry service, restaurants, shops and bars. Accessing the apartment by car is a little tight through the narrow ZTL area if you have a SUV-type car, but we were provided with extremely helpful instructions to guide us through. We also really want to highlight just how accommodating, kind and friendly Elisabetta was throughout our stay. She was always available, checked in on how our stay was going and really helped us out by providing us a place to store our luggage after we’d checked out. A standout host! 🩷 We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed as a family of 3 adults and from booking to departure I have zero complaints. Anna and Stefano were wonderful hosts. I would certainly recommend staying there as the accommodation is in a perfect location with beautiful views over Como. 2 balconies guaranteeing all day sun, especially the living room balcony for the wonderful views. Loved Bellagio and it was an ideal base to explore Lake Como and take a day trip to Milan. I would not hesitate in booking again when visiting Lake Como. Grazie Mille 🇮🇹❤️😎

Beautiful, spacious house that was very clean. The car could be parked in the garage. The house is located on a mountain slope and has a fantastic view over the valley. In good weather you can see Lake Como. Friendly welcome by Paola. She responded quickly to questions we had. We found the mattress of the bed much too soft, but that is a matter of taste. The wifi connection was not stable. It regularly dropped out.

This Airbnb was the perfect spot for us while staying in Bellagio. It is a walk up a gradual incline so it is a little tricky with suitcases, but doable in under 20 mins! And well worth it—the Airbnb is gorgeous, it has a backyard, a balcony and the view is even better in person than the photos, and it was nice to be away from the crowds during the busy season. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the views. And the kitchen is quite large! We had all the amenities we needed to cook, and there’s a nearby grocery store. Loved it!

I have stayed one month in this apartment. It was generally nice, good location etc. The only thing to complain about is the internet that has been barely working. Owner says that the speed has been measured via Airbnb speed test but it was unusable during my stay. I instead bought a local sim card for data.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is new, very comfortable, and located in a peaceful area—perfect for relaxing. The views are absolutely beautiful, and the swimming pool was a great bonus. Everything was clean and well-equipped. The host was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend!

This is the best place to relax!!!

We had a lovely stay! Studio is just like the photos - quite small but the private terrace more than makes up for it. It has shade and sun all day so you can spend all day relaxing if you so wish. The town is lovely and quaint. There was a bit of noise from neighbours (normal sounds of town life!) - it didn’t bother us but something to bear in mind. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and there were lovely welcome gifts of food and bubbly waiting for us. Would recommend!

We enjoyed a full week at this beautiful apartment and loved every minute of it. Perledo is a peaceful and friendly village and we not only enjoyed the local cuisine but also to cook and relax in the apartment and on the terrace. You have everything you need and it is very clean and nice furnished. Thanks for this great holiday!

Maria Giuseppina and her husband welcomed us with great kindness and helpfulness. They were precise in the directions to reach the Bobbio plans. The apartment is well furnished, well equipped and equipped with all the necessary amenities! They were also very kind to leave a small gift for our 3-year-old son. We highly recommend the apartment. Fantastic stay in San Giovanni. Absolutely stunning views of the lake, and well worth the hike up the road to get there. The home is gorgeous, well maintained, and excellent for small groups. Would highly recommend. That said, it’s not the most accessible if you don’t have a car to drive to the nearby towns, so make sure you bring your walking shoes if so! We loved walking around the beautiful, charming neighbourhood and the surrounding towns. About 20mins to get to Bellagio and there is also a bus. Marzia was extremely helpful and very responsive. A lovely host and very welcoming. We’ll be back!

We were a group of eight and had a great stay at this beautiful villa with a gorgeous garden – perfect for relaxing. The host was super friendly, helpful and always available. The only small downside: the single and sofa beds were unfortunately not quite as comfortable and sagged a little. Still, we really enjoyed our stay!

An absolute gem in a gorgeous setting. And a proactive and kind host!

Marilena and Emilio are warm and eager hosts. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Only a few steps away are restaurants and great ice cream parlors and the beach is within walking distance. There is also a sunbathing lawn with tree shade and a children's playground. The terrace in the apartment has a great view. Unfortunately, she is not child-proof, so we could only use it sometimes

Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

Elisa’s place exceeded our already high expectations. We were very excited prior to arrival due to the beautiful design seen in the listing photos, the property was even nicer in person. The work was very well done with every little detail thought of. Elisa was a fantastic host, always responding quickly with excellent recommendations and advice. We couldn’t rate this place any higher!

The space is exactly as described/pictured. It's beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable. Florian was a warm and friendly host who responded immediately to any questions we had. The area feels more local than other areas around Lake Como, which we loved. There are a lot of walkable restaraunts, bars, and beaches, and Florian shared a PDF full of local recomendations for eating and recreation. We had to work a little during our stay, and the space was very accomodating for remote work. My partner and I worked from the two desks and the kitchen table — all were comfortable, and the views were exceptional. There was plenty of storage for clothes, etc. As Americans who are used to A.C., we're always nervous when we travel to places where A.C. isn't the norm, but it was never an issue. Sleeping with the fan on was sufficient. Would stay again and again!
