We had a wonderful time with an amazing host. She made us feel very welcome and added a few welcoming touches to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also available to any problems we had. She was flexible with our checkout and gave us some nice treats to take away with us to help us remember our time there.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Lidia's place in Lake Como. The home was charming, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking—waking up to that scenery was a highlight of our trip! Lidia was kind and welcoming, offering great recommendations for local restaurants, ferry routes, and places to explore around the lake. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. This was truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed, and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our Lake Como trip so special!

Outdoor space is beautiful, location is pretty good.

Very big house with a lot of space, can easily host 8 people. You might need a car since it’s quite a distance to the supermarket and cafe. It’s quite pricey but given the big villa, it’s make sense if you have a big group. We only have a small group (4-6) people so we didn’t make use of everything in the villa

very beautiful house with great spaces. we were my wife and son for this beautiful accommodation. house with lots of charms we love this style of house that reminds us of good family memories. we will come back because extremely well located just 5 min from Lecco which is a beautiful and welcoming city where you can eat very well. thanks for everything.

Everything about the place and the hosts was great! The place has beautiful surroundings and you can explore the whole area very easily. It was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Chiara and Stefan were very friendly and always responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there :)

The accommodation is as shown in the pictures. You have everything you need. The kitchen was also equipped with spices and oil. We enjoyed the time and especially the great view. Approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from the accommodation, there is access to the lake. However, bathing shoes are an advantage here. Since we had a large car, it was difficult for us to get in or out of the parking lot. It is not possible to turn around here. Unfortunately, this was also very muddy due to water. We usually parked a little further down in the paid parking spaces. That was a much more comfortable solution. Simona really did a great job and was always available to us. She also gave us great tips on what to do in the area. She always helped immediately with problems and questions.

We enjoyed this house very much. The house corresponds to the description and the photos. It is very comfortable. The equipment is basic but everything very tasteful and likeable. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. You definitely feel comfortable in the house! The terrace is special with its views of the lake and surrounding mountains. You can also be well in the garden, which is also completely fenced, which was great for our dog. The village of Sueglio is beautiful, the inhabitants are very friendly. You can also take some nice walks in the area on foot, but everything is on the slope, it's always uphill! It takes about 15-20 minutes by car down to the lake to Dervio. Walking is not really possible because of the height difference. Unfortunately, we did not meet Resy and Luciana personally. However, they responded to all our questions by email and also gave themselves good tips during our stay.

Amazing location just minutes from bellagio and situated a short stroll to the water taxi of San Giovanni. Was a perfect stay!

Beautiful villa in Varenna. Very close to ferry dock and short walk from train station. Awesome views and short walk to town center with restaurants. Very comfortable for family of 5. Host was very responsive. Would definetly stay there again.

We had a lovely long weekend in the villa. Cristina met us and showed us around, pointing out the pictures on the walls of her ancestors. The place is enormous, with huge ceilings. The furniture is beautiful, with inlaid wood and delicate ornamentation. Most of the 20th century things are in the kitchen. It was like living in the 18th century. Best of all was the porch – a huge south-facing space, open to the elements, with curtains that could be closed if it rained or if the sun was too hot. We spend most of our time there, just relaxing in the bamboo chairs. The gardens were lush, with a special pathway down to a (locked) gate to the church. One evening we had a local trattoria bring us some local wine and food (as Cristina had recommended). That meal, like the rest of our stay there, was an unforgettable experience.

What an absolutely beautiful location and home right along the shore of Lake Como. We were blown away by the hospitality of the hosts from Iwona meeting us and the stocked refrigerator. Iwona gave us recommendations for places to eat in the area and was very helpful our entire stay. We were there off season so the weather wasn’t as pristine but the location and views made up for it. The home is very unique with plenty of space. It was very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Lake Como and hope to visit again during the summer so we can enjoy all of the amenities!

Ideal destination for families with children. The yard was safe and fenced. It was wonderful for the children to play there. The beach was right next door - you just had to open the door. From the train station you can conveniently reach Verenna - a lovely small town 10 min by train. Good restaurant just across the street. The view of the lake was delightful.

Roberta’s home is amazing. It is close to the lake and the town, and yet peaceful. You’ll feel right at home here.

We had an amazing time! Our kids (teens) absolutely loved the area. It's right in front of the lake and has nice restaurants walking distance. They were able to integrate with the locals and play soccer. The house is on the older side and has no air conditioning. So that was tough but overall the view and the environment made the sweats worth it. We'll come back next year.

Very clean environment and with every comfort. It's like feeling at home. I enjoyed everything... from the soft and fragrant linens, to the terrace where it's a show to eat, to the pool to cool off. Katiuscia's dad set up umbrellas and deck chairs for us every morning. The place is very relaxing and is a strategic point for reaching beautiful places to visit. Thanks for hosting! :-)

We were 6 people with 2 dogs and spent very relaxing and relaxing days in the Villa Erica. The house is located on a very spacious property with its own pool and an outdoor kitchen right next to it. The lake can also be reached on foot from the property via a short forest path. We felt very comfortable and both Stefania and Luca the owners were very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice house in Colico, very well equipped, the 2 gardens and the pool are a plus! Conveniently located a 20min walk from the Lake. Francesca was very welcoming and very receptive to our messages! Thank you again for this stay, to be recommended!!

An all-round successful stay! The host was super friendly and flexible – we were even able to check in earlier, which was very accommodating. The place was just as described: very clean, well equipped and cozy. Everything went smoothly - from check-in to the stay to the uncomplicated check-out. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

We spent a lovely weekend here with the kids and some friends. We love Colico and this is a great spot to enjoy it from , though to note you need a car to avoid long hot walks.

It was great! really really great - we were very busy but enjoyed every second. the only little things was the water pressure but i am sure piergiorgio is fixing that.
