Raffaella è molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile, l’appartamento è in un’ottima posizione, pulito e ben attrezzato (apprezzatissima la dotazione di “beni di prima necessità”, come il caffè -;). Ritorneremo molto volentieri!

Wir haben die Woche bei Martino sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Selbst Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden und konnten genutzt werden. Den Weg nach Mandello del Lario haben wir meist mit dem Auto zurückgelegt, da der Weg zum See schon sehr steil und beschwerlich ist. Der Ort selbst bietet einige schöne kleine Restaurants und Cafés und sogar eine Badestelle. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed! It was extremely clean and well laid out. The view from the apartment is magical! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. We also had a car park right out the front which was super handy. Please note that the host meets you for check-in so you need to pre organise a time. Also the streets around the place are quite hilly and narrow so we didn’t walk around we just took the car. Would highly recommend staying here!

The appartment was perfectly situated in the heard of Vassena, modern, cosy and perfectly clean, with all the amenities nedded. You have a marvellous view over the lake, the little deck for the boats going to Belaggio is just 50m away and there is an excellent restaurant onthe ground level of the building. Belaggio is 15min by car or by bus, the bus stop is on the main street 50m away. Sara is an exceptional host. She is kind, helpful and cares very much for your comfort and how to make your stay at the Lake Como the most pleasant and unforgettable. She will give you all the information nedded and perfect recommendations for anything you would like do during your stay. We thank you so much Sara and would surely come again to your place in the future! Highly recommended!

Paola was a wonderful host, answered all our questions and responded very quickly when we got turned around. finding the place was a little tricky even with the pictures but she was able to help us with that. as others have reviewed the stairs can be quite daunting but the view is definitely worth the climb. the space is very clean and spacious and as described. also we had a car and being able to park it very close nearby in a protected lot was a huge perk for us.

Ho soggiornato per due giorni in questo appartamento e mi sono trovata molto bene. L'appartamento è pulito, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio e ben tenuto. La signora Karina è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. All’interno ho trovato davvero tutto il necessario: caffè, tè, zucchero, spezie, e anche prodotti per la doccia come shampoo, balsamo, bagnoschiuma, oltre agli asciugamani sia per il bagno che per il lago. La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima: a pochi passi si trovano il supermercato e il centro del paese, con spiaggia, negozi, gelateria e una piacevole passeggiata sul lungolago. Insomma, consiglierei questo appartamento a chiunque!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Gastfreundlichkeit war ebenafalls sehr zuvorkommend. Die Eigentümer waren bei Fragen hilfreich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geeignet für eine grosse Gruppe und ist auch dafür ausgestattet.

Ce logement est très agréable avec sa magnifique vue sur le lac. La terrasse est un plus malgré quelques voitures qui passent au-dessus. Le logement est très bien équipé et correspond à la description.

The place is lovely and just as it looks in the pictures. We were traveling with four kids, and the house was spacious enough to meet all our needs. Parking in the village can be a bit challenging but you can always find a spot after a short wait of 10-15 minutes when someone leaves. There are several hiking trails around including a beautiful waterfall that's about an hour's walk from the house. The outdoor area features a grill and has a spectacular view, making it a peaceful and beautiful spot to relax. Jacqueline, our host, was very nice and helpful, living in the same house downstairs. We experienced some issues with the electricity failing a few times when the washing machine and oven were in use; however, with some care to avoid simultaneous usage, we could avoid this. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a bit weak, and the 4/5G coverage was spotty in the area. Overall, it is a wonderful place with a supportive host, making it an excellent choice for a stay in the Como Lake area.

Super welcoming and friendly host, even when we arrived due to traffic two and half hours later than agreed. The typical stone village is quiet and views are simply astonishing. The rustico is well equipped. Additionally the host has a wine cellar were one could chose a great wine. WiFi was good for home office. Overall super experience, we will definitely come back.

Het is een zeer fijn verblijf. De aankomst is prima geregeld en de informatie die je nodig hebt is op tijd. Het huis zelf is schoon en prima ingericht. Buiten is het echter nog beter, veel ruimte en een mooi zwembad. Het uitzicht is super! Ik ben zelf te lang om binnen onder de douche te staan maar de douchecabine bij de sauna in het achterste deel van het complex is prima! De oprit is steil maar geen probleem, de auto staat veilig en droog. Serena is een goed gastvrouw, vriendelijk en reageert snel. Haar vader woont op de bovenverdieping, vertrekt vroeg en komt laat terug. Is overigens een erg gezellig en vriendelijk man waarmee je heel goed even een gezellig praatje mee kan houden. Al met al een goed adres voor een ontspannen vakantie. Een aanrader. Nogmaals bedankt Serena en Henry

This was the best place we have ever stayed in. We loved the location and place. It was extremely quiet and peaceful with many options for transportation. Walking, ferry, small train/tram, taxi and bus! Barbara had treats for us when we arrived which we greatly appreciated! I can not say enough great things about this place!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Sara, de l'accueil à la mise à disposition du logement tout était parfait. La localisation le balcon et le jardin permettent de faire un vrai break avec l'animation de la ville de Bellagio tout en profitant de la splendeur des montagnes et d'un accès rapide et agréable vers le centre-ville. Des petits déjeuners au soleil, un logement frais où il fait bon se reposer, notamment quand il fait très chaud, avec tout le confort possible. Et que dire de cette attention trop sympa de Sara qui nous a proposé de passer à son super restaurant de plage pour nous offrir un verre et la rencontrer. Le check in et check out sont facile, tout est fait pour que les hôtes profitent sans contrainte. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce havre de paix, ce cocon qui nous a permis de visiter Bellagio, Mennagio, Côme et Varenna sans jamais bouger la voiture. Au top.

We had a brilliant time at Fredrica’s apartment. She was very helpful, the flat had everything we needed and check in was easy. We loved having breakfast on the balcony and it was a five minutes walk into town. We had a car and appreciated the free street parking too. Thank you!

The house was very clean and accurate to the photos, however it is difficult using the stairs everyday however this is no fault of the host and is simply just the location . Marta answered very quickly when we had questions and was very helpful. Very beautiful area. Would stay again but be mindful of the long up hill walk with stairs.

Extremely nice hosts. Luca us at check-in and was there to say goodbye at check-out. The unit was exactly as pictured in a beautiful, quiet location. It's a 15m walk to Bellagio town center but we knew that and appreciated being away from the crowds of tourists. We were closer to the grocery stores, we had a restaurant 2 blocks away, and it was an easy walk to the docks at Pescallo when we went for a boat ride. We made use of the kitchen for breakfast, the washer and dryer, and appreciated the air conditioning. It has a spacious open layout. The hosts very generously supplied us with water, milk, tea, coffee, cookies, crackers, assorted jams, and fruit.

An apartment is in a great location, walkable from train station to lake. Everything was as described, it was clean and there is a good noise cancellation from outside when windows are closed. Matteo was responsive and friendly, shared a list of food places recommendations nearby. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Mycket fräscht och bra boende med väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Domaso är en liten och lugn by, en bra restaurang rakt över gatan, fler inom kort avstånd. Trafikerad huvudgata direkt utanför men själva boendet ändå skyddat. Fin pool, bra strand och bad i flod på gångavstånd.
