Een gemeenschappelijke ruimte met ijskast, borden en bestek biedt de gasten van de b&B de mogelijkheid om een lichte lunch klaar te maken. 's Morgens serveren wij voor onze gasten een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met verse lokale produkten, huis gemaakte jams en op aanvraag met glutenvrije en/of lactosevrije produkten.

The accommodation is located in the central and residential area of Porta Maggiore, well supplied with supermarkets, shops and various services, 270 m from the central station of Ascoli Piceno, and about a 10-minute walk from the historic center.

Lu Magazzì was the dialectal name to indicate the place where the cereals were stored after the animal feed was stored.
