A dream location in the Marken. With Michaela and Massimo, you immediately feel comfortable. Beautiful apartments, a great pool with a view, the wines of the microcantina - and optionally a fantastic breakfast. In about half an hour on the Adriatic - or for hiking in the Monti Sibillini. In addition, the beautiful villages in the hills of the Marche. Apart from us, there were mainly regular guests, some of whom have been coming for many years - no wonder, we would definitely come back.

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Very nice and quiet. Only 3 cars passed by in one week. Nice pool, beautiful view, huge garden and the house is very well equipped! Supermarket is nearby. 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom.

Giorgio’s place was fantastic. His mom and dad greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. He has everything inside to make you feel like you’re at home. The view is amazing from the patio which we ate our breakfast from everyday. The restaurants are a couple of minutes walk and the grocery store is about a 10 minute walk too. It is a very quiet location and being on the fourth floor it’s even better. There are 73 stairs to climb to get to the room, which will help burn a few calories after you’ve eaten a large meal from one of the restaurants nearby. Parking can be challenging if there is a function in the town. We had to park by the grocery store one night but it was not a problem. We had a great stay and hope to come again every year! We loved our stay in Le Marche. It’s an unbelievably beautiful region. There’s really everything for everyone here—country side, historical towns, and beaches all within 30 minutes drive. Graham was a phenomenal host—knowledgeable and friendly with amazing recommendations. His place was a great stay for our family with 2 kids. Tons of space in a renovated farmhouse. Make sure to inquire about home cooked meals Al Fresco, overlooking the beautiful views and drinking wine from the vineyard across the valley. Truly unforgettable!

Sarah and Mark are the best hosts. Very responsive, always looking for ways to make your stay even more memorable. It’s indeed a hideaway so if you’re interested in a quiet place in beautiful surroundings then this is your best bet. To enjoy everything the region has to offer you’ll have to drive. But Sarah and Mark will provide you with extensive information about all the interesting things to do and best places to eat.

We had a wonderful time in the cottage. It was a spacious and simple cottage. The pool is really beautiful. You are looking at Macerata from the cottage. Nice place, we had 3 wonderful weeks.

Wonderful stay everything was perfect. Especially with the scenery and the pool. The kitchen was very useful to us. And what a welcome☺️, thank you, wines, pies, milk , cafes etc. A nicest couple 🤩 I would go back without hesitation. There is an Oasi market in Tolentino but you have to take the car. Everything is beautiful thank you for everything.

Lovely place, in the Marche hills. Too lovely, so much so that we spent a lot of time relaxing in the Villa. Too bad about the unpaved Stradello that connects the main road to the villa. Super helpful and friendly host. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

we spent the period on New Year's Eve renting the whole house in 4 families (with 6 children); we had a wonderful time, the accommodations are well-kept, equipped with everything you need and with some really evocative elements (nice veranda, panoramic porch, wonderful terrace, very beautiful surroundings, games for adults and children, wine cellar, etc.). we shared the large living room of the apartment on the ground floor (also cooking upstairs) comfortably in 15 people with a large table. Daniela, the host, was always available for requests, tips, and information. we were lucky to have found great weather (lunch of the 1st in short sleeves outdoors) in January, let's imagine that in the summer it has to be beautiful

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

Laura was the best host ever! She was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our entire stay. Whenever we had any doubts or questions, she was always available and ready to assist us. The house and rooms are amazing and spacious, making our stay even more comfortable. Her kindness and attentiveness made our experience truly exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable host.

An excellent stay in an authentic Italian home with brilliant facilities and kind and friendly hosts. Beautiful surrounding area with lots to see and do. Tranquil and relaxing with fantastic outdoor space and eating area. A real pleasure to stay here. Thank you!

A fabulous stay, in a relais, immersed in the countryside of the Marche hills. Villa with attention to detail, with activities accessible within the properties (pool, golf, nature walk among the olive trees). Great view, breakfast with genuine homemade products. Great friendliness of the hosts, too bad for a small inconvenience during the stay. However, we recommend the property to all those looking for an escape from the chaos of the city.

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

Overall positive experience, pleasant location and exceptional pool. Except for the wifi not working perfectly and the lack of a key to lock the accommodation in our absence. I recommend accommodation for couples only.

We were on our way from Bari to Freiburg with our 2 year old daughter and stayed for one night, we had a great time a silvias place and could have stayed more than a day. Beautiful surrounding and place with a pool and everything you need…we‘ll come back when we’re in italy :)

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. Can really recommend to stay here!

I've been there before, but I've returned. I was looking for a place to stay with a dedicated workstation (a service boasted by many but actually provided by few). I don't travel for tourism, but to do "writing retreats." This place is exactly what I need: a coworking station with wi-fi everywhere and a spectacular view. And if you only want to use it for the rooms and the pool, that's fine too. It's a bit isolated on the hills (and this is an advantage, given how the Marche people drive) but with a 5-10 minute drive you can reach any bar, restaurant, beach or monuments.

Matteo's accommodation is perfect for visiting Recanati, but also as a starting point to see the Marche (Conero, Loreto, Macerata…). It felt right at home, Matteo is a Host dedicated to guests and available with his heart to make them feel good. I will definitely be back!
