More than perfect home, as described. Top notch cleanliness. Nothing was missing: from the double change of towels to any tool in the kitchen! Super friendly, helpful and always present owners by phone! They gave us great tips on places to visit, beaches, and restaurants! They pampered us as if we were family! As Borghese Vote 10 says! Francesco's apartment is very comfortable and cozy, ideal for a quiet relaxing vacation in Porto Recanati. Strategically located, it allows you to easily reach the beach, the promenade along the sea and the center of the village. Francesco is a kind, helpful and discreet host. Absolutely recommended.

Giuseppe is a serious person,reliable attentive to our every need,the apartment is pleasant equipped with all comforts , we also really appreciated the outdoor park with fitness area, relaxation area,playgrounds and above all the pool and its fantastic Hydro massage ....it deserves five stars

Just a lovely experience from start to finish. A beautiful spot, a great apartment, gorgeous scenery, and the loveliest hosts you could hope for. Rafaella and Stefano were so kind and thoughtful - they there in a flash if we needed anything at all, and completely invisible if we didn't. We liked them so much, we wanted to hang out with them! Very highly recommended.

Beautiful and well-kept complex in the country house style. The location and view is magnificent. The place is very quiet and just the right thing to relax. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

Very kind hosts, great communication, friendly hospitality and a lot of availability. Clean house and as described. Convenient parking, easy to get around downtown even on foot with a 20-minute walk. Highly recommend!

A cute little cottage, very well equipped with a terrace with exceptional views. The pool is clean and accessible. Daniele and his wife are lovely and available people. We highly recommend and also recommend the restaurant (simple and delicious cuisine with great value for money).

My boyfriend and I stayed for one night. We had a great time! Very clean, tidy, fragrant room and bathroom. Photos respect reality! The view from the balcony is truly beautiful. The area is beautiful too! Francesca is very kind, helpful, and always responded immediately to all my messages. Everything is really, really beautiful! We really liked it and I would really recommend it to anyone!

Judith’s Italian home far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding fields of sunflowers, barley, grapes and more are indescribable. The 5 bedrooms in the main house are all upstairs and each has a private bathroom. There is also a downstairs bathroom. Everything was charming, clean, comfortable and decorated as if it were truly a home. The casita has 2 rather small bedrooms upstairs with no attached bathroom, but they were clean and comfortable. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs in the casita. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the outdoor bbq was great, as was the retractable sunshade and swimming pool. Steps are required to get to the bedrooms, which was an issue for my 90 year old parents, but not for any of the other 10 of us; and there are a couple of low beams which can easily be avoided. Judith and Maja were promptly responsive to a couple of minor issues and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Italian countryside!

Beautiful and quiet house, beautiful view and very clean and very nice house

Perfectly renovated house maintaining the characteristic style of the area, finished with exposed wooden stones and beams and equipped with every comfort (there are four air conditioners one in each room plus two in the living area, plus three TVs and mosquito nets at every opening). Perfect spaces for 4 people with spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom, and large living area. Full kitchen with everything for a holiday (there is also a dishwasher). The outdoor space gives you calm and peace and gives you the opportunity to regenerate from daily stress. Cristiano is an available person if necessary but absolutely not intrusive with guests. The house is highly recommended for those who want to enjoy the villages of the Marche center, the Frasassi Caves, etc., but also the sea of the Conero Riviera, which is still about an hour away by car. Definitely worth going back to for an upcoming vacation in the area.

We stayed one night at Giampaolo and Marina's, super nice hosts, beautiful place with a breathtaking view, spacious clean rooms and an outdoor garden where you can dine under the stars with magnificent olive trees. If you want to visit a small village in the Marche region and relax, this is an ideal place.

We found the place perfectly clean and as described. In fact, decorated with practically new and well-maintained style. Everything from how much Silvia put black on white on the presentation. I was worried about the train passing but the windows are new and very efficient so the noise does not create problems. My wife and I both have light sleep and it has never been a problem. We are close to the beach, 5-10 min walk to downtown. Self check-in, on the ground floor, underfloor heating.... very comfortable and with free car parking in front. Very comfortable! Silvia was always super helpful and attentive to our needs. Great Host. No problem with her. Thank you

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to main centre of beautiful Ascoli Piceno. Annarita and her family are very gracious and helpful hosts and they speak perfect English too. The apartment was immaculate and exactly how described. Plenty of free parking for our hire car too. We highly recommend this airbnb and look forward to returning again one day. Thankyou Annarita for making our stay in Ascoli so wonderful.
