Parcheggio gratuito in Via Rainusso, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Colazione gratuita confezionata. Animali ammessi senza sovrapprezzo :)

Salve sono Barbara e vi accoglierò nella mia altana nel cuore del centro storico di Modena, luminosa mansarda appena ristrutturata, al quarto piano (con ascensore) con vista scenografica sui tetti e sulla meravigliosa Ghirlandina, vicino alle piazze e ai monumenti UNESCO alle osterie e ai più rinomati ristoranti (Osteria Francescana). L'appartamento si trova al piano primo di un prestigioso condominio di Modena, a due passi dal centro storico, 5 minuti a piedi al teatro Storchi. L'appartamento (120mq) include 2 grandi camere da letto (con due letti ciascuna), due bagni indipendenti, una cucina abitabile, sala da pranzo e un grande soggiorno. Compreso di finestre vista parco con balcone al patio interno. Permettiamo anche di utilizzare il garage interno, che si trova nel sottosuolo del edificio, per una macchina mediana.
