Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Nuoro

We felt very comfortable at Romina's. The apartment had everything we needed to feel comfortable. In the evening we liked to sit outside on the terrace, a few times we also cooked in the apartment and everything was available for it. Romina also welcomed us personally with cake very late in the evening and explained everything to us. We would come back any time and recommend the place.

Gianni's accommodation is ideally located, we loved being so close to the beach, and at this time of year it was very quiet. The surrounding nature is spectacular with beautiful unspoiled beaches and magnificent mountains and cliffs. I highly recommend this accommodation for its location and tranquility!

Very nice holiday apartment five minutes from the beach...the apartment is located in Santa Maria Naverse a beautiful place with many beaches in the area...I can highly recommend for families and also for motorcycle tours...thank you Mercedes

The apartment was very clean and everything arranged. It's exactly like the pictures. The covered parking space on your own property is perfect. The apartment is located just next to the grocery store. Close to restaurants and beaches. The view from the balcony over the whole village to the sea is awesome. Every morning with the most beautiful sunrises. Silvana is always very accessible and helpful. It has everything you need. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. We have very nice vacation days in Tamaras apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated and conveys a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. The location in the village is perfect and communication with the host is excellent. Thank you again for the very successful vacation days.

Host is courteous, precise, available. The house is even better than it appeared in the photos, spacious, comfortable, clean, great view, fantastic terrace, hot outdoor showers before going up to the house. Beautiful and uncrowded beach. Everything is perfect, if you are looking for a quiet location, as in our case (2 families with children). It is not suitable for people looking for evening entertainment, a village for walking or shops (there is only a two-minute market). For what we were looking for, everything was perfect.

We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. Lovely house in delightful garden, immediately behind the beach. In May the area, including the beaches, was quiet and relaxed. We loved it. Thanks Antonio and Stella.

We had a great time. Pier and his mother welcomed us both with kindness and attention, they were throughout the stay of incredible sympathy and kindness. We felt really very comfortable in the house. The garden is great for the kids, and the location of the house, close to the beach was what we needed. in short, a great stay. again Thank you Pier

walking distance to all the main restaurants and shops. the accommodations are located up a steep hill with a beautiful view of the sea. we always found free parking on the street in front. peaceful and quiet when we were there in May. thank you for hosting us and quickly responding to our many questions!

We spent 10 days in April/ May in this sweet little very lovingly furnished apartment with cozy terrace only 20 meters away from a fantastic beach. It is super equipped with everything you could need at the beach. I'm sure we'll be back.

For people who prefer cosy, not-too-touristy towns, just large enough to have a few restaurants and a supermarket, Santa Maria Navarrese is a terrific choice, and Claudia's apartment, located at the end of a quiet side street and a five minute walk from the town center, the perfect match. Great view from the spacious balcony, stylish furnishings, and a bedroom located in the back which stayed cool even in very warm weather. We never used the air conditioning. We made use of both the spectacular coastal walking trail and the beach, both within walking distance. Claudia was a super responsive host, allowing us to change both our check-in and check-out times. Very highly recommended!

Great apartment and location. The apartment was as advertised. The location was first rate. It was close to the marina, where I’d highly recommend renting a boat or taking a guided tour to hit all the beaches. The beaches are amazing and touring the caves and hidden beaches was amazing. There are many restaurants nearby, notably a place right around the corner offering to go boxes for your hike or boat tour. We went in May and there were other tourists, but SMN didn’t feel “touristy.” The townspeople were very kind and accommodating. In summary, I highly recommend this property and will likely book again.

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

Very clean apartment. Central, but in a small alley - so no car noises. The highlight is the terrace in a small garden which had both sunshine and shade. Washing machine and a cloth rack were a big plus. Thank you Maria for a lovely time!
