Waterfront holiday rentals in Province of Nuoro

Unfortunately, we were only there for a few days and would definitely recommend it. 🥰Valeria and her brother were very friendly & helpful. The apartment has all the necessary things (e.g. laundry rack, parasol for the beach, toaster). We didn't miss anything, except fly swatter :) but it was available for little money in the supermarket. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great. (There is also one in the living room). There's one thing we didn't understand until the end: light switches. It became a running gag to guess when which light would come on :D Three of us four are always plagued by mosquitoes, so the mosquito nets were great! We had the upper apartment, unfortunately we only understood at the end that the mosquitoes probably also come through the chimney. So a tip to others: light these mosquito coils in the fireplace, so that they may stay outside. Unfortunately, we couldn't get out in the evening because of the mosquitoes. But the garden is beautiful. There is a great bay within walking distance. Thank you for everything!

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

The apartment is very nicely located, the view from the balcony is unique. The balcony is a communal balcony that you share with 3 other parties. But everyone has their own area, so that didn't bother us. If you are looking for accommodation with good infrastructure, you have come to the right place. There are two beautiful beach bars, several ice cream parlors and restaurants. The port can be reached in a few minutes. I highly recommend a boat trip to the many beautiful bays. Only those who seek peace and quiet and value privacy will probably not be happy here. Even in mid-June, there was already a lot going on and even at night it was sometimes not exactly quiet until the morning hours due to rattling mopeds and occasional beach parties.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment - the checkin with Marta’s aunt was super friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would love to come back and strongly recommend traveling there!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Sardinia. The location is perfect – right between the center of Budoni and the beautiful Salamandra beach. Just a few steps from the apartment there’s a bakery run by a lovely lady and a grocery store – incredibly convenient! The apartment itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. It’s spacious enough for a family of four, but for the two of us it was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. Marina was incredibly welcoming and helpful – she greeted us with open arms and gave us great tips on what to do in this part of the island. Communication was smooth, and both check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We’d love to come back in a few years, highly recommended 😊

Thanks to the good description, even with videos, we found the apartment right away. She made it possible for us to get into the apartment earlier, as our flight is loaded very early. That was very kind. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and excursions. The apartment was clean and the pool was too. There was a capsule machine for coffee and a spacious refrigerator and freezer. Everything worked and the air conditioning cooled quickly. There is a safe, which I thought was great. There is a balcony for sitting outside and one for hanging laundry. This is very convenient. We were very pleased. There is only one thing to complain about. There were no tabs for the dishwasher and spices were only a little salt and pepper. If we had known, we would have brought something from home. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you very much.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. You just have to walk across the street and you're on the beach. We had a wonderful time there!

Lovely accommodation in a great location. The view from the balcony is beautiful and it has a lovely seating area to enjoy the view. We loved the location as it was very peaceful but very close to everything. The accommodation was very clean and had everything you needed. Tito was very helpful as well as very communicative. We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

We loved the location of the apartment and it's stunning views. Sandra was super helpful explaining everything we needed to know. Great place for a vacation, definitely recommend!

We were a family of three for 5 nights at Federica's and had a great time. The location and views are beautiful. We had the bikes with us and could easily explore the area. The sandy beach Foxi Manna is also particularly beautiful, and can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. The accommodation is a bit remote, but exactly as we wanted it! Restaurants, beach bars and a mini market are available. We liked it very much, we can definitely recommend the accommodation!

We are very happy with our stay in Federica's apartment. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, and represents the strong point along with the care, cleanliness and style of the apartment. The photos and description are true to how the apartment and the area around show up. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, which has been very important to us. Communication with Federica went very well both during check-in and check-out. It is not possible to reach the apartment unless you have a car; in fact it is located in a very quiet area, but in any case not far from the sea. For us who were looking for calm and relaxing, it was the perfect place! Definitely recommended! Thank you.

Very nice house right by the sea, where you can also have a good time with two small children. On the beach in our time a lot of seaweed, but very private, there were hardly any other people there. The house is a bit more simply furnished, but you actually have everything you need. Thank you for the good time!

A beautiful holiday home with a great terrace and "TOP" amenities. Listing the individual amenities would be too much here, we can only say that it is above average, nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable. To the beach it's about a 5-minute walk to the beach. A good pizzeria and a beach restaurant can also be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes. We would like to thank you again for the good care and information!

Maria is an enthusiastic host. She is flexible, communicative and gave good tips. The apartment is super located. Close to shopping street, harbor, beach, restaurants and bars. It is recommended to visit the beautiful area around Caletta from here.

Perfect location! The almost private beach just across the street, the local beaches a walking distance away.

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

Beautiful place that is decorated with a lot of love for detail. The view is a dream! Top communication with the hosts, who are very attentive and take care of all concerns very quickly. We will be happy to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Valerio's apartment. Valerio was very accommodating and reacted immediately to all our messages. The location is perfect -the beach is just across the street and there is a bar for breakfast directly opposite. The beach is perfect for kids because it's not deep and there are pine trees for shade. The neighbourhood is calm, yet not far from La Caletta with many shops and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated and you have everything you need. We stayed with our two year old son and Valerio was extremely nice and provided a potty for him as well as beach toys. We can warmly recommend this apartment for a relaxed stay.

Francesco was a wonderful person, very helpful, very polite and very discreet, very friendly person who will welcome us, he will take you around the country showing you, the local shops will show you the most beautiful beaches, remaining very discreet, although he lives on the upper floor of the accommodation, in case of need he will be ready to help you.. Always.. Small, but very clean accommodation, 20 Mt from the sea, in front of the village square in which you will find a wide choice of excellent restaurants, in some of these you will even be given a discount going on his behalf as he is a person known in the country.. Francesco was an exquisite person... Experience to try and then repeat... The morning coffee taken in front of the sea is not priceless.. In case of need, you will be always ready and polite who will be able to indicate other places to visit... Accommodation also equipped with air conditioning... in addition to a host... You will find a friend...
