Hautement recommandé ! Logement idéal pour explorer Parma et ses environs, notamment si vous arrivez en voiture (logement situé en dehors de la ZTL et stationnements gratuits alentours - en bas de l'immeuble si vous avez de la chance ou bien dans le quartier à quelques minutes à pied, nombreux très bons commerces à proximité et centre accessible facilement à pied en 25 minutes). Quartier calme et résidentiel, immersion authentique avec les habitants. Logement spacieux, très propre, literie confortable, fidèle à la description, où l'on se sent très bien ! (à noter pour PMR : 2ème étage sans ascenseur). Vous pouvez suivre les recommandations d'Ottavia les yeux fermés ! Merci Ottavia !

Die Wohnung ist klein und fein, perfekt für zwei. Da Parma eine kulinarische Hochburg ist, braucht es keine ganze Küche. Alles andere ist da (Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine...), sauber und hübsch. Die Umgebung ist lebendig und die Unterkunft sehr zentral. Giacomo war flexibel und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Er war freundlich und hat uns viele gute Bars und Restaurants empfohlen.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und im oberen Stockwerk am Rande der Altstadt gelegen. Sie ist herrlich über den Dächern und dadurch sehr ruhig. Alles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Sie ist wirklich super schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alessandro ist ein ganz toller Host! Er antwortet sofort, ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat uns während unseres Aufenthaltes immer wieder mit Tips versorgt. Ich kann diese tolle Wohnung wirklich absolut empfehlen.

Appartement original correspondant aux photos et à la description. Massimo est hôte très réactif, de bons conseils et très sympathique.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Totale Ruhe und ein wundervoller Blick. Ein eigener kleiner Pool lädt zum relaxen ein, während man dem Glockengeläut von der anderen Seite des Berges zuhört. Einfach traumhaft Die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber achten auf Details und sind sehr zuvorkommend! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Posizione centralissima a due passi dal centro, camera e bagno molto confortevoli e nuovi, sicuramente quando torneremo a Parma soggiorneremo di nuovo lì

Tutto corrisponde alla descrizione. Giuseppe è molto preciso nella manutenzione della casa e nelle indicazioni. La casa è in una posizione eccellente ed estremamente tranquilla.

Grand logement situer dans une grande maison avec un très grand jardin. Idéal avec des jeunes enfants. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire et le confort pour passer un agréable séjour. Les voisins sont adorables. Rosella est une hôte attentive et a l'écoute. Nous avons reviendrons avec plaisir et pour une plus longue durée cette fois-ci. Merci.

Wat een prachtige en rustige locatie om te verblijven. We werden welkom geheten door Rosie. Het appartement was erg schoon en Rosie had water en bier in de koelkast klaargelegd. Hierdoor voelden we ons heel erg welkom. Als je Parma wil bezoeken is dit de fijnste plek om te verblijven!

Location au top!! Paolo est un hôte exceptionnel et toujours disponible!! Il nous a donné toutes les bonnes adresses pour nos visites et restaurants. N'hésitez pas à réserver auprès de lui les visites des fabriques de parmesan et jambon de parme ( il nous a même accompagné)!! La piscine et le jacuzzi exceptionnel !le logement est propre et tout équipé! Le petit dejeuner parfait!!Allez y les yeux fermés. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Abbiamo passato una notte in questo posto pacifico immerso nella campagna emiliana e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La stanza era molto bella, spaziosa e pulita. I cani e la gattina che ogni tanto si incontravano in cortile hanno allietato il nostro mini soggiorno. Giordana è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Spero di tornare e trascorrere un po' più di tempo qui.

Die perfekte Unterkunft um Parma zu entdecken. Sie liegt perfekt um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und gleichzeitig schön ruhig. Ein süßes Café direkt vor der Haustür - ein paar Häuser weiter eine tolle Trattoria. Dazu super schön eingerichtet - in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht um sich auch daheim (ja, daheim 😁) etwas zu zaubern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt - für uns gibt es ab sofort in Parma nur noch eine Unterkunft. :)

Si vous voulez plonger dans le cœur de l'Emilia Romagne véritable, voici le lieu qui fait pour vous. c'est une maison ancienne avec des escaliers en pierre et des grosse poutres perdu dans les champs de maïs et de blé. Giordana est à l'écoute et vous pouvez y aller en toute sécurité.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell' appartamento, anche se è una stanza unica con cucina e camera, è abbastanza spaziosa e pulita. la cucina è ben attrezzata ed anche il bagno è spazioso. nel giardino a disposizione c'è un tavolo con ed un barbecue. È possibile lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio gratuito d'avanti alla casa. La zona è tranquilla e vicina a molti castelli interessanti da visitare. il proprietario che abita sopra all appartamento è molto gentile e sempre disponibile.

Bell'appartamento, a poca distanza da Parma, in un area di campagna molto tranquilla con parcheggio privato. L'alloggio offre tutte le comodità e necessità per un confortevole soggiorno. L'host è gentile e disponibile. Raccomandato sicuramente!
