Everything was as described. Nice room in a quiet area within a short walk to the city centre and free parking available. The sauna and gym are a great plus. Above all, Luciano was an absolutely great host and I highly recommend this stay.

In Val di Codena we really felt at home. The apartment is located on the side of a hill surrounded by woods, with a beautiful view of the valley. In summer you can also enjoy a pool overlooking the edge of the hill, a shame it was too early to try it! The interior is cozy, spacious and, in our opinion, tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing, from the water kettle to the vacuum cleaner for the ash from the fireplace. Cleanliness is also impeccable! Speaking of the fireplace, Mathieu provided us with wood throughout the stay and it was extremely pleasant to relax on the couch in front of it while it was raining outside. Although the apartment is part of a group of three, you have total privacy and the impression of being alone and immersed in nature. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to relax in contact with the mountain! We'll definitely be back soon!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Andreina apartment, a recently well renovated farmhouse furnished with a mixture of modern and historic pieces. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Mathieu and Simona live nearby and were very attentive to our stay. It is always a better experience when the owner lives nearby and tends to the property rather than using an agency. The surrounding area is beautiful. The apartment is perfect for those looking to relax and who are looking to do day trips in the surrounding area. It does require a car. Supplies are available about 10 minutes away in a nearby town.

Our stay in the Carla apartment was lovely and peaceful. The surroundings are truly beautiful. Simona was so kind and helpful recommending some short hikes for us in the area. Highly recommend.

The place is very nice and well-kept and a short walk from the city center! Parking is a plus, as most of them are paid. The room is spacious and cozy, with a really huge shower! A plus is definitely the bed that is super comfortable. Luciano was very quick and accurate in his communications, also showing us some places to eat. I recommend it!

Federico's house really impressed us: cozy, with attention to detail, extremely comfortable and very clean. Nothing was missing: every comfort was present and well thought out. A place where you immediately feel at home. From the moment we arrived, everything was simple and pleasant, thanks also to the availability and kindness of the host. The check-in and check-out were very easy and understandable, also due to the help of Michela's English-speaking son. The parking spot in the underground parking is a big plus! The apartment was extremely clean and there was everything you need for a short vacation. The immediate surroundings are not too nice, but on foot or by bus you are quickly in the city center and can enjoy it. All in all I would recommend the apartment on due to the good value for money!

It was one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in, the area, the fantastic hosts both Matías and his very kind wife, everything in order with everything you need, I will surely repeat the experience 100% recommended.

Luciano is a very precise person, always available for any problem and responds immediately to any need. I found the apartment very clean and tidy when I entered, complete with every accessory to make a peaceful accommodation. Luciano also offers the use of the gym included in the accommodation.
