Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Parma

The hosts were very kind and friendly and helped with what we asked, the apartment is super comfortable, large and with everything you need to stay. Writers within a few minutes' drive, the view from the apartment showed all the beauty of the rural area. Very quiet. The location was very convenient for a star trip in the Emilia Romagna area.

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality even more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight - a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic for escaping everyday life and being active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

We booked at very short notice and Romina made it possible! She welcomed us very warmly and explained everything really well, even a bottle of wine was cold for us. She is very friendly and her tips were great! We would never have tried the food truck and it was soooo delicious! She was always available and asked how we were doing. The furnishings are lovingly selected, everything fits together. From the glasses to the large mural in the bedroom, everything is very harmonious We would book with Romina again at any time.

A fun unique stay! The team is amazing and very welcoming. The description is correct. There is a pretty good hike up to the tower and there are steep stairs. However, the team will help with luggage to the tower at check in and back to your car at check out. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were so nice! I noticed the first night how fresh the bedding smelled. These things made the stay more home-like.

The accommodation is particularly impressive due to the beautiful nature in which it is located, the hospitality of Elena and her husband, who looked after us during the stay, and the authenticity of the buildings. The furnishings are not particularly modern, the beds and furniture are not really cozy and it actually gets very warm in the house in summer, which you do not expect, because the walls and the entire exterior give the impression that it will definitely be cool. The TV is so small that eight people can't really use it sensibly, there is no couch in the living room and few sockets. This list of small "defects" could be continued a little further. But that's not the point. Anyone who is fussy here has not understood the place. It thrives on the special flair, the seclusion and the hosts. The homemade pizza from Elena will be a particularly positive memory. We would be happy to come back at any time to really take a break

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

Warm welcome in an intimate little house in the tranquility of nature a few kilometers from the Pietre Perduca and Parcellaria. Beautiful views. Silence, woods and hills. Clean and comfortable rooms, heated by a magnificent pellet fireplace. Rustic and tasteful furnishings. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

This was our second stay at Pinuccia's lovely B&B and we were just as enamored. It is just outside the old part of Castell Arquarto, easy to walk into town. The amenities are excellent - she has thought of everything one could need or want, including a delicious homemade cake. The refrigerator is well stocked and she makes sure there is plenty to snack on, as well as for breakfast. Everything is spotless, comfortable, and decorated beautifully. Pinuccia is a wonderful host - friendly, welcoming, and respectful of your privacy. We will always choose her B&B when in the area!

The estate is simply enchanting, finely and tastefully renovated. The spaces are large, the furniture refined, the bathrooms fantastic and the additional services allow you to fully enjoy the experience. A special note of merit to Anna and Barbara, who welcomed us and made us feel at home, doing their best (always with a smile) to satisfy all our requests. Special mention for breakfast, really great.

A very clean and welcoming apartment on the ground floor with a garden. Quiet neighborhood. Close to two very cool eateries El Bajon and Artaj. Very close to downtown for walking. Very good online contact with the owner - he responds quickly and responds to requests. I clean this apartment for a reasonable amount of money in a great location in Parma.

The accommodation is spacious and the area is very quiet. It is certainly convenient to have your own car inside the property in front of the door. Denis was precise and punctual in his communication. We had a great time.

Lilia was very kind and helpful. They even invited us to the Ferragosto barbecue. The village is a beautiful and wonderful place. The apartment was perfect for our needs.

Claudio's apartment is located on the other side of the Parma river, very close to the old town on a traffic-calmed street. The apartment with two small terraces extends over three floors and has charm. It is equipped with everything you need. A small drawback is the lack of a parking space, but we ultimately found what we were looking for at Parco Ducale (subject to a fee). Because of mosquitoes in the summer, it is better to keep the windows closed - great that there was air conditioning. Claudio was also so kind to allow us a late check-out at our request. Recommended!

The house is as described, new and in a quiet area with easy parking. It is not in the center of Parma, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car, but you are very close to the ring roads to move freely in the area. The house is new and equipped with everything. Nicola is super responsive and very helpful. Great experience

Giulia is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. The apartment has its own charm with antiques and a lovely patio off the main living area. Sit back and relax, while enjoying the birds chirping and the lovely green space. A great place to relax after a big day of touring. The bed is quite large and very comfortable. The apartment is a lot larger than the pictures show and perfect for a couple or even a family. It has everything you need for your stay. Giulia no longer offers any breakfast items or cooking supplies, but the espresso is welcomed in the morning. Our stay was very comfortable and it was nice to to stay in a quiet home-away-from home while travelling.

We stayed at Jacopo's to celebrate the 30th anniversary of our high school graduation. We were 8 friends looking for a large green space where we could spend time and have a barbecue while listening to music. The house is a large, renovated barn with a refined bucolic character. The house is well equipped, the objects of the house give it its own interesting style that smells of past travels, the air conditioning is present and effective. Exposed beams painted white give light, the view of the countryside is a watercolor of the author, the outdoor space delighted by the scent of lime and an American vine that wraps the house are a breath of well-being. Jacopo allowed us to check in early and was empathetic and supportive on a couple of occasions. The house has a convenient and covered parking space where you can leave your car, and at night, crickets and fireflies will transport you to another dimension.

Great apartment with wonderful hosts. Even though we arrived very late Christian’s mother was very welcoming and showed us around the apartment. Would highly recommend
