Holiday rentals with a sauna in Province of Parma

Si vous voulez plonger dans le cœur de l'Emilia Romagne véritable, voici le lieu qui fait pour vous. c'est une maison ancienne avec des escaliers en pierre et des grosse poutres perdu dans les champs de maïs et de blé. Giordana est à l'écoute et vous pouvez y aller en toute sécurité.

La tenuta è semplicemente incantevole, ristrutturata finemente e con gusto. Gli spazi sono ambi, il mobilio ricercato, i bagni fantastici e i servizi accessori consentono di godersi pienamente l'esperienza. Una particolare nota di merito a Anna e Barbara, che ci hanno accolti e fatti sentire come a casa, prodigandosi (sempre con il sorriso) per soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. Particolare nota di merito per la colazione, davvero super.

Abbiamo passato una notte in questo posto pacifico immerso nella campagna emiliana e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La stanza era molto bella, spaziosa e pulita. I cani e la gattina che ogni tanto si incontravano in cortile hanno allietato il nostro mini soggiorno. Giordana è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Spero di tornare e trascorrere un po' più di tempo qui.

Die perfekte Unterkunft um Parma zu entdecken. Sie liegt perfekt um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und gleichzeitig schön ruhig. Ein süßes Café direkt vor der Haustür - ein paar Häuser weiter eine tolle Trattoria. Dazu super schön eingerichtet - in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht um sich auch daheim (ja, daheim 😁) etwas zu zaubern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt - für uns gibt es ab sofort in Parma nur noch eine Unterkunft. :)

We were very happy with this place. All as described, and a perfect place for a few days of being base camp while traveling around Parma. Kitchen has the things you need for some easy dinner, and the seperate room with jacuzzi and sauna was exactly what we needed. Very helpful hosts, thank you and greetings from us:)

Appartamento stupendo esteticamente e pieno di comfort ma soprattutto pulitissimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Eine sehr gemütliche kleine Unterkunft. Gute und saubere Ausstattung. Check-in unkompliziert und einfache Handhabung. Würde ich weiterempfehlen.

Super disponibili i proprietari. Anche se per un soggiorno breve mi hanno lasciato una buona impressione a livello umano, cosa che apprezzo molto. Alloggio pulitissimo e centrale come zona., self checkin senza problemi e molto intuitivo. Ci ritornerei volentieri :)

This home in Parma had ALL the comforts of home and more which was perfect for our one-month stay. The quiet park-like apartment had a comfortable bed, plenty of hot water in the steam shower, good seating on the terrace, and several high-tech features. Though the train station was on the other end of town, we had several bus stops nearby that were easy to navigate. Within easy walking distance we had mini-marts and a grocery store, bakeries, coffee shops, and parks. Complete, easy to understand instructions on how to operate everything inside the home and out. Owners treated us like friends, not renters. This location and owners set the standard for how a short OR long term rental should be! Walk to Bus stop; 4-5mins. Bus to train station; 1.7 euro. Taxi from train station to apartment; 9.9 euro. Walk to Piazza Girabaldi; 10-12mins. Walk to train; 20-25mins. Walk to Conad grocery; 2mins. Bakery; 2-3mins.

A beautiful little place, strategically located. It is easy to walk to the Center and you have everything around the corner. The host is very responsive, uncomplicated and very friendly.
