Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Perugia

The apartment was roomy and airy, keeping cool despite the high exterior temperatures. It was very well equipped, quiet and comfortable and tastefully decorated, It took 15 minutes to walk to the interesting centre of Perugia and the airport was only 15 minutes away by taxi. There are plenty of small cafes and restaurants nearby and a well-stocked supermarket within 10 minutes.

I spent two nights at this place with my dog and we had a great time! The host was extremely responsive, punctual, and always available for our every request. His kindness made the stay even more enjoyable. A really positive experience, we will definitely repeat! Highly recommended! 👌

Very nice apartment, new furniture and fully equipped, clean in all parts. The balcony is lovely and it's nice to have breakfast in the morning. It is easy to find parking, and if you can't find it, a garage is available for the apartment. Elsa and her husband are always available and give advice on places to visit. Recommended

Very pleasant experience, the house was equipped with everything you need and even more. The only drawback occurred with the amount of hot water provided by the electric heater, but I think it can be resolved by better adjusting the temperature to the winter season. Apart from that, as mentioned, I'll be happy to come back.

I stayed at Dante's apartment for four days, alone, and I can confirm its excellent ratings. Quiet location and spacious home with all the comforts of home. The smart approach has made check-in and stay extremely simple and functional. I really appreciated the directions you received before your arrival so I could plan your trips as best as possible. I did not have to take advantage of the internet connection for work, but I was able to verify the quality of the house, so it is also suitable for this purpose.

Nicola and Stefano's place was a real highlight. The apartment, building and surrounds are stunning and the pool was such a lovely retreat at the end of the day exploring. We were met at the bottom of the hill and shown how to access the property and everything is as is shown in the photos. The location is close to so many beautiful towns, restaurants and other activities you could easily stay for much longer. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with and provided recommendations for food and activities when we asked. The apartment had everything needed for our little family to cook and live for a week, all the rooms have fans for the heat. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for having us.

We loved our stay at Tiziana's Airbnb and would have been great to stay an additional day. The home is well equipped and the host is very kind. The center of montefalco is quite close and the views from the terrace are lovely.

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Spello is a lovely city, but small enough to feel comfortable in right away. The apartment has lovely views, a nice terrace and is a few minutes from the sites, restaurants and stores. Also very near the station for excursions. Roberto is a very considerate host, and it was a lovely stay.

Fabrizio and Tiziana's house is very nice. A bit classic, which I like a lot. The terrace was our favorite space. In the morning and evening. There will be a lot to do. Trevi Spello Fonti di Clotunno. The Norcia Marble Basin Thank you

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

We enjoyed visiting this beautiful town and Alessandro was very helpful. His aunt Emma was so considerate and left us enough kitchen things to make the stay very comfortable. She was welcoming and a wonderful guide to Spello. And we loved the Infiorata!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, and the pool and terraces are stunning, with incredible views - even better than the pictures.

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Great place to stay, traveling with my wife for a fair in Bastia, just a few minutes' drive away. Comfortable area with all amenities and private parking nearby. Great communication with the host, clean apartment, tidy with all the comforts. If I need to stay overnight in the area, I will definitely contact this property again! See you next time!

We loved staying in this Apartment. The location is perfect. Beautiful views. Excellent for a relaxed holiday, where you can chill out and enjoy Perugia. The kitchen is great, you can cook and eat in every night if you want. The living room is fantastic with a great selection of music and books. Christina was a perfect host.

The place was great, clean, spacious and well equipped it has everything you need if you chose to cook or just stay in. The host was great as well, was available to help in any way if needed. If I ever come back for sure would stay here again 100% recommended. Check in and out was contactless extremely easy. As a tip it is uphill there are taxis that will take you up but if you check in late (like me) it’s a walk but half way there is a fountain cold water a truly blessing. It is a few steps away from gelato shops, restaurants and souvenir stores. It’s worth the walk!
