The apartment was roomy and airy, keeping cool despite the high exterior temperatures. It was very well equipped, quiet and comfortable and tastefully decorated, It took 15 minutes to walk to the interesting centre of Perugia and the airport was only 15 minutes away by taxi. There are plenty of small cafes and restaurants nearby and a well-stocked supermarket within 10 minutes.

Ho trascorso due notti in questo alloggio con il mio cane e ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'host è stata estremamente reattiva, puntuale e sempre disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. La sua gentilezza ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un'esperienza davvero positiva, sicuramente ripeteremo! Consigliatissimo! 👌

Appartamento molto carino, mobili nuovi e completamente attrezzato, pulito in tutte le parti. Il balconcino è delizioso ed è piacevole farci colazione al mattino. É facile trovare parcheggio, e se non si trova é a disposizione dell’appartamento un garage. Elsa e suo marito sono sempre disponibili e dispensano consigli su locali e posti da visitare. Consigliato

Alloggio molto bello, comunicazione con host molto chiara e semplice

Esperienza molto piacevole, la casa era fornita di tutto il necessario e anche di più. L’unico inconveniente si è verificato con la quantità di acqua calda messa a disposizione dal boiler elettrico ma credo che la cosa si possa risolvere regolando meglio la temperatura adeguandola alla stagione invernale. A parte questo, come detto, se ne avrò occasione ci tornerò volentieri.

Ho soggiornato presso l'appartamento di Dante per quattro giorni, in solitaria, e posso confermarne le ottime valutazioni. Location tranquilla ed abitazione ampia e dotata di tutti i comfort. L'approccio smart ha reso check-in e permanenza estremamente semplici e funzionali. Ho apprezzato molto le indicazioni ricevute prima dell'arrivo per poter pianificare gli spostamenti al meglio. Non ho dovuto sfruttare la connessione internet per lavoro, ma ho potuto constatarne la qualitá quindi abitazione adatta anche a tale scopo.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Ilaria et sa maman. les explications ont été parfaites et complètes. Le logement était conforme à la description, grand, propre, calme et bien équipé. Les environs sont magnifiques. merci pour tout.

Siamo stati veramente bene a Villa Eden, dal momento del nostro arrivo ci ha accolto Tiziana calorosamente facendoci sentire subito a casa, ci ha dato consigli e ci anche aiutato a trovare un ristorante per cenare. la casa è decorata con gusto e curata in ogni dettaglio , pulita e ben attrezzata di tutto. la posizione è perfetta per visitare i vari luoghi del Umbria. Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Spello is a lovely city, but small enough to feel comfortable in right away. The apartment has lovely views, a nice terrace and is a few minutes from the sites, restaurants and stores. Also very near the station for excursions. Roberto is a very considerate host, and it was a lovely stay.

Abbiamo passato 8 notti in questa splendida casetta immersa negli ulivi, con una vista spettacolare e comoda a raggiungere tutti i punti d'interesse in breve tempo! Raffaele è stato super disponibile e ci ha fornito un sacco di consigli utili! Non ci è mai capitato di trovare un host così gentile! La nostra vacanza non poteva andare meglio! Un pezzettino del nostro cuore è rimasto lì ❤️

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

We enjoyed visiting this beautiful town and Alessandro was very helpful. His aunt Emma was so considerate and left us enough kitchen things to make the stay very comfortable. She was welcoming and a wonderful guide to Spello. And we loved the Infiorata!

Toller Blick ins Tal, toller Swimmingpool und Christian und seine Familie sind sehr nett!

Wir haben hier ein kleines Paradies gefunden… die herrliche Lage in der Natur, grandiose Ausblicke, alte wunderschön restaurierte Gemäuer, liebevolle, geschmackvoll und authentisch eingerichtet. Eigentlich hätten wir alle Tage nur das Haus, den Garten und den grossen blitzsauberen Pool geniessen können, doch auch die Umgebung bietet viele Sehenswürdigkeiten welche innerhalb von einer Stunde erreichbar sind. Zudem konnten wir viele Tiere beobachten: Wiedehopf, Blaumerle, Ziegenmelker, Pirol, Turteltaube , Schlangenadler, Glühwürmchen. Smaragdeidechse, Schlange, Wildschwein…herrlich! Alessandro und Sonja sind wunderbar herzliche und auch diskrete Gastgeber.

Oikein viihtyisä huoneisto kahdelle henkilölle. Maisema huoneiston ikkunasta ja terassilta on uskomattoman kaunis. Pihalla on myös suuri uima-allas, mutta harmiksemme olimme majoittumassa huhtikuun lopulla, niin allas ehti olla auki anoastaan yhden vuorokauden oleskelumme aikana (aukeaa vasta toukokuussa). Jos olet innokas ruuanlaittaja, niin on hyvä huomoida, että keittiössä on ruuanlaittoväleineitä aika rajoitetusti. Rita on kuitenkin erittäin auttavainen ja saimme paistinpannun käyttöömme heti kun sitä kysäisimme. Pihalla on myös viihtyisä grilliausalue yhteiskäytössä muiden majoittujien kanssa. Toivottavasti meillä on joskus mahdollisuus mennä uudestaan, jotta pääsisimme nauttimaan enemmän myös allasalueesta.

We loved staying in this Apartment. The location is perfect. Beautiful views. Excellent for a relaxed holiday, where you can chill out and enjoy Perugia. The kitchen is great, you can cook and eat in every night if you want. The living room is fantastic with a great selection of music and books. Christina was a perfect host.

The place was great, clean, spacious and well equipped it has everything you need if you chose to cook or just stay in. The host was great as well, was available to help in any way if needed. If I ever come back for sure would stay here again 100% recommended. Check in and out was contactless extremely easy. As a tip it is uphill there are taxis that will take you up but if you check in late (like me) it’s a walk but half way there is a fountain cold water a truly blessing. It is a few steps away from gelato shops, restaurants and souvenir stores. It’s worth the walk!

Das Vermieter Ehepaar hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wir durften die Waschmaschine nutzen und selbst gemachtes Olivenöl testen. Wir konnten auch eine Flasche des eigenen Weißweins erwerben und zum Abendessen genießen. Vor Ort gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und auch kein Restaurant. Die Wohnung einschließlich Küche ist aber sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und extrem sauber. Auch der Aussenbereich darf genutzt werden und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick über die Weinberge und das Tal.
