A dream stay in Pesaro! Everything was absolutely perfect. The house, nestled in a bucolic setting, offers a true haven of peace, surrounded by greenery, a flower garden, an orchard and even a few free-range chickens. The calm that reigns there is refreshing. The studio was impeccable, clean and functional, and the sofa bed particularly comfortable. But what we remember most is Sylvia's extraordinary kindness, who welcomed us with rare generosity. She made our arrival and stay as simple as it was pleasant. We also had the chance to meet Giacomo and his father, two deeply adorable people, with whom we had very warm exchanges. Thank you again for this unforgettable stay. We will keep a fond memory of this interlude in Pesaro... and of all of you!

Anita was super nice host helping with everything that was asked. Apartment was nice, had everything we needed. However it was quite hot inside - air conditioning would be a great improvement. But it was not in the offer, so it was really good value for money!

We just spent our holidays in this apartment with attention to detail, equipped with all possible comforts. Upon arrival we found the accommodation perfectly clean, tidy and very fragrant. Rosaria proved to be very helpful and kind in organizing the spaces with us, having needs for our 5-year-old. Convenient parking is easily available on the street in front of the apartment, we moved by car to reach the beach but if you want there are equipped beaches within walking distance in maximum 5 min. Absolutely to be recommended and an experience to be repeated!!

Beautiful accommodation, everything was very clean, and nice landlords. Everything was as described. The train station and city center are within walking distance, the beach is really just around the corner - as well as a really good pizza snack.

We had a great time in this spacious and incredibly clean apartment. It is evident that it has recently been renovated with great care, equipped with everything, the new windows with mosquito nets were a really appreciated detail that made the stay even more comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location is ideal, just a ten-minute walk from the beach, but close to the activities of the center, which is very convenient. The only small drawback is the difficulty of finding parking in the evening. The seats are free, but you have to walk around a bit to find a free one. However, this is a minor detail compared to all the positive aspects of the accommodation. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay near the sea!

We had a great time at Rosaria and Salvatore's place, they are fantastic hosts. Very responsive and fundamentally kind. We had the pleasure of tasting the pizzas of Salvatore, who holds the pizzeria just below the apartment. The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished and very close to the old town on foot. Sara and Giovanni are extremely lovely and very friendly hosts. They were kind enough to pick us up at the station by car and drive us back. Communication was very easy in French. Accustomed to Airbnb rentals, this apartment is very clearly different from other sanitized apartments with international and standardized decor. This accommodation has a lot of charm and assets and has a beautiful soul like the owners. Very well equipped, clean, ideally located (close to shops, beach, restaurant and city center) the apartment is very quiet and you sleep very well! We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

To be extremely brief, we had a great time. The apartment is really delicious: cozy, clean, tastefully furnished, equipped with everything, equipped with a very comfortable parking space and outdoor space that opens to a spectacular view; in addition, the village of Gabicce Monte is an authentic pearl, it offers the possibility of relaxing walks with the feeling of being suspended on the expanse of the sea. An additional peculiarity: The apartment is adjacent to the village church, they were once probably communicating, which makes the context even more evocative. I'm already nostalgic!

Elisa and Cesare are great. We felt like home from the first minute onwards. The entire apartment is very clean and possess everything you might need (with clear instructions everywhere). We found a vegan welcome cake which was then supported with organic strawberries. The accommodation is in a peaceful location where you can take a break from the life. Totally recommend, will be back!

The location of the house is unique, with a wide view of the valley and the mountains. The apartment is lovingly designed and very clean. A narrow street leads to the house. The staff immediately helped us find a bike workshop and announced us. Thank you for that. Breakfast was plentiful and with great views from the terrace. The pool is fantastic, but we didn't use it. All in all perfect. Mille grazie!

Diego was proactive and very helpful and responsive. He was a fantastic host and checked in several times. He really cares and wants you to have the best stay possible! The apartment was in great condition and looked like the pictures. You could see that the apartment was refurbished recently and felt very modern and clean. The open plan kitchen living room was spacious and there was plenty of room for me and my family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and there was extra blankets available as well as plenty of towels. He also had a full box of coffee pods and bottles of water so we could have our breakfast coffee without any issues - that stood out to me. Something I didn't know but that was convenient too is that it's right next to a little shop (like a mini supermarket). All in all, the place was great! We will very likely book this again!

Excellent experience, very large apartment and very close to the center, ideal for those who want to get around only on foot. Perfect also for those who, like us, have two small children because it is located on the ground floor. Very welcoming and helpful host, also ready to provide useful advice on restaurants and places to visit.

The small agriturismo is beautifully situated in the hills of Mondavio. Our little house was a dream, very tasteful with beautiful views of the surrounding places. It is a perfect base for biking, seeing cities or going to the sea. Roberto & Tiziana are wonderful hosts, always easily accessible, very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back anytime!!

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!
