Condo holiday rentals in Province of Pesaro and Urbino

The stay in Urbino at Adalberto's went very well! The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, and is located in a very central street near the city's major museums. Communication was great and very simple, Adalberto also helped me bring my suitcase at check-in, picking me up at the point of arrival by bus. In short, a very pleasant stay that I intend to repeat in the future!

Alan is a very friendly and thoughtful host. It was a pleasure to stay at his property, that I would recommend 100%! The house itself is quiet and peaceful, perfect for holidays. Go for it!

Beautiful, spacious and very clean accommodation. Very well-stocked kitchen with everything and very spacious. Treats that show attention to the customer: necessary for cooking (oil, salt, vinegar, even spices!) and even books, board games and playing cards. Highly recommended, 3 minutes by car from the city center.

Lovely apartment and lovely host!

We spent 4 days in Cattolica and were lucky enough to stay with Cristina. Very nice, comfortable and clean apartment, equipped with all the comforts and kindness that Cristina and her husband provided us. A very nice, kind and helpful couple, yet discreet and never intrusive. We hope to be back soon!!!

We stayed in this house for 11 days and had a very good time. The apartment, with thorough cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciate the TV that allows several connections ( Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with several capsules available, in addition to the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with linen change available as well for bath linens. The private garage is very useful, and there is free parking in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both to reach the sea in a few minutes and to visit within a few kilometers, the many medieval villages of great interest set on the green hills of Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us and gave them a warm and warm greeting!

We stayed here for three days. The place is as described, functional, and well-stocked, tidy, and clean. Super friendly and helpful host, clear in the directions. We had a great time!

So friendly and nice, quite fantastic. The tips for the restaurants in San Merano and Urbino were also great. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation. The proximity to the sea and the air conditioning are an unbeatable combination! Because it is mentioned in other reviews, our assessment of the city center: The way to the city center is good and easily doable in 10-15 minutes. Food, strolling, museums - all within walking distance.

we stayed at Lorenzo's farm on the weekend of May 1, 1 night . Lorenzo and his family were very welcoming , as if we already knew each other. Clean , large apartment in an area with unparalleled views and calm. The farm animals are an absolute fun especially for children and for those who love nature and animals. Thank you Lorenzo and family , it was a pleasure .

Very nice, small apartment. Everything you need was there. The terrace with the whirlpool, a highlight. The hosts are very nice, likeable and helpful.

Gabriele’s place was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 youth, ages 14 & 18). Gabriele’s dad graciously greeted us at the train station and transported our luggage to the apartment, while we rode with friends we were visiting. Everything in apartment looked brand new and it was extremely clean. The bedroom was spacious and bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was also comfortable and easy to set up. Provided excellent instructions on using the WiFi and checking out. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Gabriele provided plenty of linens and towels. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

The condo is just fantastic with so many things to do including lots of hikes, museums, cafes, castles, and easy going around a very walkable and friendly town! Using the pool and spacious sunny areas are an extra plus! The condo had everything we needed for our stay including cooking and clothes washing!

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Beautiful place. Very clean and great location.

We had a wonderful time there. It was a little paradise for us. If you're looking for rest and relaxation, this is the place to be. The pool is fantastic, you can use it until late at night and admire the stars, you can only recommend that. We had an apartment for three people and it is completely sufficient. The highlight was the two bathrooms, so no stress while getting ready after a day of bathing. Also great praise to the hostess, a very, very friendly person who was always there to help. One more small tip, if you don't want to do without the beach, then we recommend the sandy beach in Torrette di Fano, about 20 minutes by car.

Beautiful location, tastefully furnished apartment, very functional with a comfortable small pool in the middle of the greenery with beautiful and very well-kept plants. A stay that I highly recommend to those who love the countryside and the tranquility of the Marche. The only painful note is the absence of mosquito nets on the windows ( apart from a double bedroom) and the lack of air conditioning in the living room and kitchen. Being a “attic” the heat creates significant problems. At least one bottle of water would have been helpful and very welcome upon arrival

Great apartment in the middle of the Marche. Sea, mountains, beautiful towns and castles, all in the nearby area. The house is a little outside, there are other units in the building, but we didn't notice it. Everything is available in the apartment, good modern kitchen with dishwasher. The beds were quite hard but ok. The only thing that bothered us were the nesting birds under the roof - the freshly hatched chicks were continuously supplied with excited tattering. But somehow also quite cute and that's how it is on an old farm.
