We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are traveling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

We had a very nice vacation. The place was clean and very nicely decorated, and the hosts were very dedicated and friendly. We would recommend this place at any time!

House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect accommodation for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (completely fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with plenty of dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he resolved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

We were in Mondaino for the Misono World Championship, we had a great time with the house, clean, efficient and with a magnificent view. I congratulate the hosts for their help and quick answers to our questions. We hope to be back soon! Highly recommended ☺️

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

The property was well-equipped and very clean. The location on a small hill is a dream, sunset included. Martina is a very thoughtful host!

The location of the villa is stunning. Magnificent views, peaceful, serene, a true escape. The attention to detail and hospitality of the hosts cannot be overstated. We were greeted with a tart (which my kids immediately devoured) and a bottle of Prosecco. Pino was very flexible with both the check-in and check-out times so we got a few extra hours of fun in the pool and it made our travels less stressful. All of our requests were immediately accomodated - Pino, his wife, and son were very gracious and welcoming. A great supermarket and fresh fish market within a 12 minute drive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay in Villa Lunas was perfect - very quiet location and yet not far from the action. The offer is great and leaves nothing to be desired. All in all, highly recommended - even with a child!

We had a fantastic stay in Pesaro. The house was wonderful and so full of space. As great as it looks in the pictures! The DH Villas's team were very responsive and very helpful when required (to organise taxis etc.) Highly recommended!

We enjoyed very much our staying at La Rocca. The house is beautiful and tastefully furnished and has got everything you need. The garden is impeccable and very well looked after. If you love nature, this place is incredible, the position is on the top of a hill with a view all around. Anna, the owner is kind and happy to help.

Location among the hills of Cagli, silence and view all to enjoy. The pool is super clean, with sun loungers and shower and a beautiful view of the hills. Large (cyclamen) accommodation with an outdoor area for eating and relaxing. In short, a super pleasant holiday!

Luciano and his family could not have been more helpful!! The view was amazing and house's wifi worked great as well. The town is less than t minutes away and ot was nice for us to have such a private place to stay as a quite respot while on our italian tour.

The Capanno is a real treat. quiet and comfortable place to stay. Cousins Sanzio and Milva welcomed us warmly, leaving us a very good tart. Great communication with Roberto who was always available for any information. We will definitely be back!!!! ❤

To be extremely brief, we had a great time. The apartment is really delicious: cozy, clean, tastefully furnished, equipped with everything, equipped with a very comfortable parking space and outdoor space that opens to a spectacular view; in addition, the village of Gabicce Monte is an authentic pearl, it offers the possibility of relaxing walks with the feeling of being suspended on the expanse of the sea. An additional peculiarity: The apartment is adjacent to the village church, they were once probably communicating, which makes the context even more evocative. I'm already nostalgic!

Incredible place, with an beautiful view. The house is rustic and welcoming. We had a great time, we will probably return in the summertime!

We (couple) had a wonderful time in the very spacious apartment. We especially liked the very quiet location in nature, the birdsong and the fireflies at night. The view from the terrace to the landscape is great and invites you to linger. The WiFi is very fast, great for mobile work. Isabelle is a very kind and helpful hostess. When we arrived in cool weather, Isabelle had lit the fireplace and preheated the apartment. If we needed something, she responded promptly. The nearest shopping facilities are in Urbania, almost 7 km away, which is why a car is practically necessary.

Everything is perfect. Absolutely quality apartment in everything, with that extra something... The great attention to detail and the attention of the owners made our stay really pleasant. It will be a pleasure to be able to return, thanks to Marco and Eleonora.
