Super nice apartment, very neat and were well helped!

I stayed in this house for two nights, alone, during a visit to my family, and I have to say that I had a great time. The house is really beautiful: attention to detail, super clean, super equipped and full of comfort. It is in a perfect location, right in the center but at the same time private . Check-in was self-service, simple and convenient. Ombretta was very kind and very thoughtful in her messages, always available and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant, relaxing and well organized stay. I'll definitely be back 😍

It's a very nice apartment with all the amenities. Good Wi-Fi, good shower, coffee machine, kitchen and shower supplies. Domenico, who lives in the same building, is friendly, responsive and went out of his way to help me with a parking permit for the city's blue parking zones. The house is decorated with Domenico's own artwork, which makes it really special. It is located on a pedestrian street in the historical centre, still very quiet and silent. Close to Teatro Rossini, restaurants, museums, supermarket, shopping. Not at the beach (which is good), but within walking distance. I had a very nice stay!

The house is clean and spacious. We had a very good time, the owner of the house was very kind and helpful with us. I had the pleasure of meeting Michela, who in addition to having cleaned the house also took me to the supermarket to do the shopping, we forgot the battery charger and she sent it to our home. Highly recommended ✨

Beautiful accommodation, everything was very clean, and nice landlords. Everything was as described. The train station and city center are within walking distance, the beach is really just around the corner - as well as a really good pizza snack.

Stefania was kind and courteous. Impeccable communication. Stefania's house is wonderful... I was there for work for only one night and instead it is to be enjoyed much more. I highly recommend it. Pesaro is very, very pretty and you should go to Stefania's house.

My family traveled from the US to Pesaro for a wedding. Anna proactively communicates with us before and during stay. The place has a perfect location, very large and convenient, having parking as part of rental. Helps a lot make experience outstanding. We had a great time! Definitely coming back next year.

Lorenzo was a very polite and helpful host who supported us in all matters. The "Bagni Miriam" beach is very close and ideal for families. The daily price is 20 euros, but there are also free public beach sections on both sides. The Lidl supermarket is very close, so you can shop comfortably. On Wednesdays, a weekly market takes place in the morning on Viale-Straße, where there is clothing... The children's entertainment park "MAF Acustica" is located directly on the beach. We also liked the pizzeria "Bellagioia" very much. You can buy many beach items at Lidl, including parasols. In the evening, mosquito sprays are recommended – be sure to take one with you. If you don't speak Italian, that's not a problem. The Italian motorways are quite expensive (one way 50 euros) Some drive recklessly, overtaking on the right. Zebra crossings are often ignored. €1/day tourist tax, ID required at check-in.

We've had such a pleasant time. The Villa is beautiful and Nik is a great host.

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Giulia's idyllic house. Everything necessary was on site and as described. We personally did not like the walking distance very much, but a few kilometers further there were more beautiful beaches. Overall, we enjoyed it and we will definitely come back one day.

very nice place with lots of space, loved the terrace and the location is very central but still very quiet. enrico bought us wine and pasta and was very friendly. 10/10 would stay there again

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

So friendly and nice, quite fantastic. The tips for the restaurants in San Merano and Urbino were also great. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation. The proximity to the sea and the air conditioning are an unbeatable combination! Because it is mentioned in other reviews, our assessment of the city center: The way to the city center is good and easily doable in 10-15 minutes. Food, strolling, museums - all within walking distance.

We had a great vacation at Licia's place! Thanks to clear instructions, the check-in was great (our arrival coincided with the days of the fair and without the help and advice of Licia it would be difficult to drive to the house)..we were warmly welcomed by her parents! We also helped with the accommodation of the car)) thank you ! The apartment is bright and clean, with a beautiful view from the window ..within walking distance to the beach , bars , restaurants...on the balcony you could enjoy a cup of coffee while admiring the sea.... you can also walk to the city center in 10-15 minutes... The kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils. We felt like we were at home! Licia was always in touch and gave useful recommendations! Thank you so much! We would love to visit again! Lovely apartment and lovely host!

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Good apartment at an affordable price, very close to the beach. An additional advantage is the place for the car in the enclosed parking lot. Hostess Irene is very helpful and cordial! Thank you 🙂🙂

We stayed a few days in Yuri's apartment and we had a great time, it was just a shame to have to leave! The house is suitable for three people, the equipped kitchen, the bathroom clean and equipped with spare linens. There is no air conditioning but you did not miss it, despite the heat of August. Access to the free beach is very convenient and in front of the house. Yuri was super helpful right away and gave us a lot of tips on beaches, places to visit, and directions to neighboring activities. He also left us two bicycles, very useful for small trips! I also really appreciated the tip on tuna tartare (special!) they do in the restaurant that is right next to the house! We hope to be back next year!

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!

Really comfortable apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea,directly on the beach that you can access directly from the condominium garden. The house really offers everything and even more! Not only the essentials in the kitchen (oil, sugar, tea, coffee) but also some bottles of water and even a prosecco as a welcome. Also games and children's books that my little ones loved so much. Two comfortable bicycles are also available for doing grocery without having to move the car. The area is quiet, along a little busy road. In about ten minutes walk you can walk to the waterfront with the bike path that leads to the center. Carla is always very friendly and kind in every contact. Super flexible check-in and check-out times. Not only that, due to a bad unexpected, we had to leave a day late, but Carla allowed us to slide the reservation without losing even a day! Definitely to recommend: a great experience!
