Villa holiday rentals in Province of Pisa

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Toll ist auch, dass jedes Zimmer eine Klimaanlage und ein eigenes Bad hat. Silvia und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich.

we enjoyed our stay so much. the pool and outdoor area were nice and clean just like the rest of the house. Sara gave us many great tips for the surrounding area. We would highly recomment staying with Sara :)

Traumhafte Lage mitten in einem Olivenhain, sehr ruhig, keine Nachbarn. Im Haus und Grundstück gibt es viel zu entdecken. Da das Haus ca. 3 km außerhalb liegt, sollte man mobil sein. Die Gastgeber reagierten immer sehr schnell.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderbar und perfekt geeignet für zb mehrere Paare, da jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer besitzt. Die Sonne kann man im schönen Außenbereich und im Pool genießen. An Fröschen die auch in der Nacht quaken sollte man sich allerdings nicht stören. Die gut ausgestattete Küche und der Grill machen die Unterkunft perfekt. Der einzige Nachteil waren die bellende Hunde der Nachbarn in den frühen Morgenstunden, aber bei geschlossenen Fenster ist es in Ordnung. Das Haus ist nur über einen steinigen Schotterweg erreichbar, aber es geht wenn man der Wegbeschreibung von Massimiliano folgt :) Ansonsten kann man vom Haus aus mit dem Auto Städte wie Livorno, Pisa oder Lucca sehr gut erreichen. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für Unterkunft und Host!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit privatem Pool! Der Pool wird während einem Aufenthalt nicht von den Besitzern benutzt. Man hat einen eigenen Eingang (elektrisches Tor) zur Unterkunft mit privaten Parkplätzen. Die Aussenanlage ist Videoüberwacht und hat eine Alarmanlage + es gibt im Aussenbereich eine Waschmaschine die man benutzen darf! (steht in der Beschreibung nicht drin) Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar, falls man was braucht oder Fragen hat! In der nähe der Unterkunft gibt es eine wunderbare Pizzeria (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss) und ein Restaurant/Bar (ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt) Die Innenstadt Lucca ist ca. 30 Min zu Fuss entfernt. (Wer nicht gerne mit eingeschaltener Klimaanlage schläft wird schwitzen. Wir hatten in der Nacht eine Durchschnittstemperatur von 27-29 Grad) Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit viel Privatsphäre! Wir kommen gerne wieder =)

Beautiful place and so spacious! The kitchen is well equipped with some spices in the cupboard too. There is a nespresso machine and the host left some pods, lovely to enjoy a espresso while taking in the quiet beautiful surroundings. Big bedrooms, pool and table tennis. We only stayed for two nights, would love to come back. It’s perfect

Wir haben unsere Sommerferien mit 2 Kindern (vor Saisonstart) für 2 Wochen verbracht. Es hat uns allen herrvoragend gefallen und wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und doch nicht aufdringlich. Sie lassen einem sehr viel Privatsphäre. Nach einer Woche wurden wir proaktiv gefragt, ob wir neue Frottée- und Bettwäsche möchten. Die Kinder waren sehr willkommen. Der saubere, grosse und kostenlose Strand erreicht man über eine Privatstrasse, welche mit Velo oder Auto befahren werden kann. Es war einfach wunderschön und wir werden sicherlich wieder mal zurück kommen.

היתה שהייה מצויינת. הצוות היה תגובתי ומסור. המגום משגע והוילה איכותית בהחלט! יש מקום למעט התאמות למשפחות עם ילדים, אבל היתה שהייה מעולה וקיבלנו כל מה שרצינו ואף מעבר.

La maison de Caterina est parfaite, très bien aménagée, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée Chaque chambre, a sa salle de bain ce qui est vraiment un plus Située en hauteur, elle bénéficie d'une vue exceptionelle et d'une légère brise continue très agréable en été Vraiment un endroit exceptionnel pour des vacances réussies, une vraie découverte que nous recommandons très fortement Les échanges avec Caterina sont très faciles

Das Haus von Massimo ist fantastisch, noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Es ist ausreichend Platz sowohl drinnen als auch im Außenbereich. Danke für die schöne Woche!

This place was amazing. For one couple, or a whole group (we had 11), the property was perfect. The location was breathtaking, the accommodations were pristine, and pool and other amenities were perfect. What a great retreat for the Tuscany region. Easy to find, easy access to other activities. This property was perfect for a visit to theTuscan countryside.

There were six of us staying 6 days and we felt like we were living in a Tuscany dreamworld. The villa is on top of a hill with the most gorgeous view of Tuscany rolling hills and small homes in clusters off in the distance. The villa is a large, classical Italian or Spanish style house with an equally large yard and infinity pool that we asked them to heat for an extra cost. The villa has a security system built in including windows and doors, and a front gate down the end of a very long driveway that you can operate remotely All windows and doors had beautiful heavy wood covering them that you could easily open with screens to keep out bugs but let in cool night air. We had a a full-size kitchen with large refrigerator plus a large laundry area. The owner/hostess Elena was very responsive to any texts sent to her and gave us a good referral for a driver to take us on tours. Local restaurants are plentiful with great local cuisine I would highly recommended a visit.

Wir (7 Freundinnen) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen! Das Haus, vor allem der Vorgarten und der Pool, sind wunderbar. Maria ist super! Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps zur Umgebung zugesendet (auch die notwendigen Sachen, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Zudem wurden wir mit einem sehr feinen Kuchen überrascht und wenn man etwas brauchte, kam sehr schnell eine Antwort. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung wunderschön. Parkplätze hat es genügend. Einzig die Schlaglöcher und der Zugang zur Villa sind etwas herausfordernd - jedoch machbar!

Lovely location, remote but exactly why we chose it. Idyllic surroundinga and lots of amazing places to visit an hours drive in every direction, some less. Place was exactly what we hoped.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Sie liegt etwas abseits von Lucca, dafür aber sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und die gesamte Unterkunft sehr sauber. Wir waren mit allem rund um zufrieden. Lediglich die Einfahrt gestaltet sich als Abenteuer und kann eher nur mit Kleinwagen erfolgen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche unter Freunden in der Villa Nicolai. Das Haus ist im toskanischen Stil eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten mit Pool war einfach traumhaft und war auch für die zwei Kleinsten ein Paradies zum rumtoben. Wir haben auch zwei Kinderbetten und Hochstühle zur Verfügung bekommen. Wir würden sofort wieder in die Villa gehen und auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit erriechbar und haben all unsere Wünsche erfüllt.

The villa and the large gardens with the fantastic views of the landscape were in my opinion even nicer than the photos suggest. Also the rooms and kitchen were flawless and clean. When it comes to getting there and back, the villa is very nicely and privately located within an hour drive between Pisa, Lucca and Florence on a hill opposite of the little town of Peccioli, which is always in sight from the pool. Peccioli, historical but nonetheless filled with modern art installations, is also worthwhile visiting and can be reached through a little walk of about an hour alongside some of the vineyards in the neighborhood. And last but not least there were Roberta and Giancarlo. They were absolutely amazing hosts and made our stay a complete pleasure and retreat. Not only did they make reservations for a wine tasting and a great farewell dinner in Peccioli, but they also arranged a private chef for our first night and helped us out when transfers were limited. I hope to be back soon!

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in einem Olivenhain. Der Ausblick in die Landschaft vom Pool ist traumhaft. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet. Es besticht durch die hohen Räume, die Sanierung hat mit einer großen Liebe zum Detail stattgefunden. Die Gegend um das Haus lädt zu Ausflügen nach Lari, San Gimignano oder Lucca ein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und jederzeit gut zu erreichen. Silvia, danke für den tollen Empfang.

Very enjoyable retreat. It is outside of any of the major cities, but a reasonable drive (20-30 minutes) to be in town. The location is in the country, but there are still good restaurants nearby. The pool was fantastic, especially given the temperatures were hotter than normal during our stay. It was great for our family of four.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in diesem wunderschönen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Es fehlt an nichts und Giuseppe ist ein sehr herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hatte immer tolle Restauranttipps für uns.

Antonella’s villa is absolutely beautiful! It’s down a quiet, tucked-away road, and when you arrive, the views of the valley are just stunning. If you’re after a peaceful, private getaway with your family or friends, this is the spot. The house is comfortable, nicely furnished, and has everything you could need. The town of Palaia is close by with some great, authentic restaurants that don’t feel touristy at all, and the grocery stores nearby are well-stocked. Antonella and her husband were so kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Such a wonderful stay, definitely recommend!

We had a magical week here! David was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, quick to respond, and very accommodating with our late night arrival. The villa is rustic, homely, full of character, and even better than the photos. We truly felt like we were living the Tuscan dream, surrounded by cypress trees, grapevines, and breathtaking views. Our group of 8 had plenty of space, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We loved the pool, table tennis, darts, and volleyball net. A car is essential due to the remote location, but this didn’t bother us as we enjoyed a mix of relaxing and exploring. Volterra is 10–15 mins away and a must visit—beautiful, safe, and chilled. One of the unexpected highlights of the week was spotting fireflies at night around the bushes —truly magical. Day trips to Florence, Lucca, and San Gimignano were amazing, and the pasta making class at Diacceroni was a highlight—great food, wine, and views. Overall, would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to return!

Jan et son épouse ont accueilli notre groupe de douze chaleureusement et sont restés disponibles mais très discrets. Leur belle maison est décorée avec goût et reste fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Beaucoup de moustiques ! et une climatisation à l'étage dans la zone chambres ne serait pas de trop mais cest aussi ça l'expérience campagne Toscane
