Family-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Prato

We had an absolute perfect stay in Salverio and Lorenzo's flat. It was incredibly spacious - very unusual to have a 3 bedroom/3 bath flat to rent in such a highly sought after part of Firenze. The decor was a perfect blend of antiques and art mixed with contemporary furnishings. Having a washer/dryer was a fantastic addition. Our favorite part of the flat was the rooftop terrace at sunset. You feel like you are on top of all of Firenze looking across the buildings. The duomo view was breathtaking. It was magical and truly stunning. The location could not be more suitable for proximity to all of the sights and indulge in luxury shopping. Salverio and Lorenzo were so helpful and accommodating. We will most assuredly be back! Thank you to you both!

If I could move in here permanently, I would. What a gorgeous stay with responsive and respectful hosts. Everything was as described, the hot tub was glorious, and we loved looking through the binder of photos of painstaking restoration over the years.

Incredible home, with stunning views! I hosted a group of friends here before my wedding, and we all agreed it was the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The hosts (Francesco and his wife Illaria) were extremely responsive and kind. They recommended a local chef to us, which turned into one of the best nights of our trip. 100% recommend and will be re-booking next time I travel to Tuscany.

This was such a beautiful stay in Tuscany. When our family arrived it was magical to them to be in Beatrice’s home and countryside. It’s full of history and breathtaking views.

Based on the pictures and all the 5-star reviews that we read, my wife and I knew Giovanni's property would be beautiful but our high expectations in all aspects were greatly exceeded when we experienced the true essence and beauty of Giovanni's property. He has created a masterpiece. Words cannot accurately describe the beauty and the peacefulness, that one experiences. The accommodations, the saltwater pool, the 5 hotubs, all the outdoor lounging spots, the intricate landscaping, the views of the Tuscan Chianti valley topped off by Giovanni's unmatched welcoming hospitality made our stay one we will never forget.

Had a pleasant stay at Monica’s place. The AC was super nice to come home to after a long day in the June heat! Bonus points for having a second AC unit right in the bedroom! The place itself is super spacious and decorated very nicely. Sky lights within the unit allowed for lots of natural light, brightened the place right up (there are also blinds for each one to keep light out during sleep). Would highly recommend, and would absolutely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation is beautifully located, high above Pistoia – about 30 minutes away – in the pleasantly cool mountains, which was ideal in the summer temperatures. Even though the well-known cities of Tuscany are a little further away, the location was perfect for us. Daniele and Alessandra were very hospitable, always available and gave us many valuable tips about the area. We have grown very fond of Pistoia during this time. The combination of the quiet, natural location of the bnb and the lively, charming city life was just right for us. The area is ideal for motorcycle, scooter or bicycle tours: winding mountain roads, magnificent views and many small, old villages that invite you to discover them. Thank you!! Our hosts welcomed us with great kindness and gave us all the information to direct us to Florence. The very charming and fresh apartment has a very nice flowery and peaceful garden. We had a great time

We stayed here for less than two weeks and felt very comfortable. The house is very lovingly decorated and the outdoor area with the trees is wonderful for relaxing in great heat. Olivia and Jethro are very welcoming and you can tell how they care about these spots. Thank you

Such an amazing location, and although up a steep road very easy to access Tuscany. You definitely need a car though. Lovely hosts and you must experience their set menu at least once in your stay. Thank you for a fabulous break.

Edoardo was very kind and the apartment is perfect, clean and tidy, very comfortable. It's surrounded by greenery in a very nice area. The only advice is to leave a bottle of water for guests, which was not there, but apart from that everything was perfect. Thank you very much Edoardo and I recommend the apartment to everyone

We were completely satisfied with the great, large apartment. It is located in the ZTL, but it is still possible to drive up for unloading. Parking garage and train station (also for excursions to Florence, 30 min train ride) 100 meters away. The city of Prato itself is also worth seeing. Washing machine not in the apartment, 5 euros laundry service by landlady (necessary due to longer travel). Our cleanliness standards are high, and there is still room for improvement. Finally, we would like to point out once again that we recommend the apartment (a second one is on the same floor) all around.

Incredibly located in a heart of Prato busy area, and easy to walk to everywhere. Beautiful antique furniture and decor we have felt just like staying at our grand mom’s place ! The kitchen cabinet is something different and super cute! Beds comfortable, wifi reliable, clean linen: it was effortless to achieve amazing stay in Prato.

Second time I stay in Maria Chiara's apartment and as always a relaxing weekend in a wonderful place. Highly recommended

It is hard to find the superlatives to describe this absolutely wonderful villa. We spent 3 nights there with a group of 8 friends and really did not want to leave. The setting of the property is even more amazing than on the pictures: a shady terrace overlooking a beautiful garden with a pool in the middle, surrounded by lush hillsides and sweeping views of the valley beneath - all of this in complete calm, peace and quiet. Really, like in a dream. Moreover, the place is extremely well-equipped, with a separate BBQ room, pizza oven, changing rooms/towels/sunbeds for the pool area, extra-large fridge and full kitchen with all the modern amenities. Everything was spotless clean. You can also feel the attention to little details in all aspects of the villa. The location is quite remote, so better to come by car. Virginia and Daniela were super kind and delightful, + very easy to communicate with (they live in an attached house). They even offer dinner from locally grown food. Great stay!

Cute house, very clean, we didn't miss any Speak. And when it was missing,Elena made sure to complete for us. There were five of us,and we had a little crowded in the house,but the large, well maintained and beautiful yard,which is inside an olive grove,gave us a large and pleasant space. The pool is very pleasant and inviting. Elena was available and helpful with our every request. The area is lovely and you can enjoy Tuscan and quiet views. Approximately 1 hour driving distance from Florence/ Pisa. But in the August heat, we realized it was better to rest in the pool, rather than walking around the cities for the day. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place, sheltered, private, and Marco is a great host. Apartment was top, spacious and clean. The mattresses were (and that is taste sensitive) a bit on the hard side. In addition, food in the village near Da Gianni is a must. Delicious Italian cuisine, super nice service and top choice from all the treats Italia can offer. Especially the meat was great. Marco, thank you for the stay. You have made it a beautiful place and we recommend everyone to visit you.

Alberto and his son are super nice and very attentive. We loved the place (it's even better than the pictures). The pool is magnificent. We spent a week with our 15-month-old son and everything was very well suited to a baby. We recommend this listing and will definitely be back

Carolina’s beautiful Villa and the Rose Cottage, where we stayed, are well kept and beautifully renovated. Reception was very nice and easy, and the location is splendid for those who like to get out of the busy Florence. The garden is beautiful in May! The bed was nice and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was great and served in the Villa. Even though May offers warm weather, we did not get a dip in the nice pool. We got recommendations for two really good restaurants in the neighborhood that we visited - and we were not disappointed. On top of this, Carolina and her mother Monica were very nice and pleasant hosts. I would highly recommend a stay at Carolinas place!

Rosella’s villa was wonderful and relaxing. She and Carlo were very kind and helpful during our stay and made us feel right at home with wonderful wine, snacks, and delicious olive oil. She also made awesome espressos!! She also had a wonderful pool which my daughter to advantage of. She was always available if we needed anything. Although she did not speak much English, she was a very attentive host and tried her best to communicate through Google translate. It was nice that her son Carlo was helpful to help explain things to us, and it was nice to be able to learn a little Italian as well. We had the most relaxing time there and would highly recommend her place, and the views were fantastic!! Both of them gave nice recommendations. We can really say we stayed in the heart of Tuscany. We hope to return one day. Rosella is such a sweet lady like our own Italian nonna. Thank you for making our three week vacation a great one.

Arrive and feel right at home! The images can only partially reflect the reality. A lovingly decorated house, good beds, great pool (unfortunately we were too early for bathing) and a breathtaking view. Absolute tranquility and still well located.
