Piergiorgio and his wife are very kind and friendly. The apartment is great. Attention to detail, both aesthetically and in the equipment. The children greatly appreciated the presence of some games for them, including the "Monopoly Toscana"😅. There's everything you need, and more! I've never found an apartment so well equipped. It's true that you can hear a bit of noise from outside in the evening. But nothing special. It didn't bother us particularly. The air conditioning works great. There is a Coop a few steps from the house, very useful. The others have already written a lot, I agree and endorse!

Airy Apartment, very neat and very clean. Had everything we needed and the kitchen was very clean and complete. Please note that the apartment is in a ZTL Zone. There are nearby parking lots and to arrive with the train in Firenze is very practical. We really like it

Large, clean and super well-stocked house!

Valentina’s place is very nice for a longer stay, it is spacious and has all you need. It was easy to deal with amenities, internet was fast, so I could work remotely during my stay. The house is cool on hot days and can be easily warmed up when it’s cold. Valentina is very helpful and responsive, I asked for some additional stuff and Valentina just brought it. It was also easy to agree on slightly modifying the dates of my stay. Scandicci is cute and cozy area, so you can experience living there like a local. The place is close to smaller shops and nice pizza place. You cannot simply walk from there to the Florence historic center but it’s close to a bus stop and in 10-15 minutes walk to a tram stop. I think it’s a brilliant place if you come by car, without it you are dependent on public transportation, so it’s something to consider if you come for a shorter visit or plan to go to the city center every day. Otherwise, all good, and it’s great value for money!

This Airbnb was, without a doubt, the best my wife & I have ever stayed at. The house was spotless, cozy, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of Tuscany—but what truly made it unforgettable was Riccardo & his amazing family. From the moment we arrived, Riccardo went above & beyond to make us feel at home. When our rental car plans fell through, he stepped in without hesitation, becoming our personal driver. He took us grocery shopping, showed us around Chianti, & even drove us to Florence twice. Riccardo was always responsive, kind, & genuinely cared about our experience. We didn’t just find a beautiful place to stay—we found warmth, hospitality, & a real connection that made us feel like family. This stay was worth every dollar & more. A true home away from home. If we ever return to Tuscany, it will definitely be with Riccardo.

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

Very well located and clean accommodation, with an attentive and very patient host. Transportation is well served and close to the accommodation. The tram takes you to the historic center of Florence. We recommend that you travel to Pisa by train and to Siena by bus. An unforgettable Tuscan week due in large part to Simone's good advice. The stay, although short, was perfect! Leonardo is very welcoming and helpful, even in meeting us at a little late check-in times. Very clean house, with all the services. Really great experience.
