Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Ravenna

Great place! Very comfortable with parking on premises! Only negative is that the gate only operates with a key.

Thank you Tetiana! This Airbnb is in a great neighbourhood for dinner and is a respectable size. It is in close proximity to an open air nightclub which is very noisy on Friday & Saturday night. Hence, I would caution if you have young families!

Da wir früher immer Apartment angekommen sind, konnten wir schon mal das Gepäck abladen. Hier ist uns Nicola entgegengekommen, war sehr praktisch war. Da wir in der Nebensaison im Apartment waren, war die Gegend sehr ruhig und das haben wir sehr genossen. Um in Restaurants zu gelangen die noch offen hatten, nahmen wir dann das Auto. Vor allem herausragend ist die Lage im obersten Stock des Gebäudes: der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist über die Pinienkronen hinweg und dazwischen sieht man das Meer. Schön ist zudem das Meeresrauschen zu hören. Ein Pluspunkt ist auch der Balkon auf der Westseite des Gebäudes: Am Abend war es perfekt um einen Apero mit Sonnenuntergang und Sicht auf das Hinterland zu geniessen. Kurzum: ein Ort zum verweilen. Wir haben viel Zeit im Apartment verbracht und uns sehr gut erholt.

Una bella scoperta a Marina di Ravenna. L’appartamento è nuovissimo pulito. Ci sono anche un sacco di comodità come ferro da stiro, sapone nei bagni, cambio lenzuola, più cuscini, coperte e sopratutto carica batterie i telefoni 😁 È fornito di aria condizionata. È vicino al parcheggio del porto, quindi strategico.

Silvia è un host meravigliosa. Ci ha accolto personalmente, e ci ha fornito un piccolo briefing sulle varie disposizioni della casa (ad esempio i giorni in cui ritirano la spazzatura, le chiavi da utilizzare per aprire il cancello, ecc.) L’appartamento è molto carino, ed è dotato di un balcone/terrazzo molto grande fronte mare (difronte al bagno Globus Beach). La finestra sul mare è uno spettacolo😍

Alloggio perfetto, molto bello e curato in posizione strategica e comoda a tutto Marco un host presente e disponibile Torneremo sicuramente siamo stati molto bene , soprattutto avendo anche con noi il nostro cane ben accettato

Marco ci ha accolto con una bottiglia di vino e una bottiglia di olio favoloso! Ci ha colpito l'ottimo assortimento base della casa: detersivi per la pulizia della casa e per la lavatrice, caffè, sale, olio, biscotti per la prima colazione...prodotti che di solito non sono compresi, oltre all'acqua fresca presente in frigorifero...questi sono i dettagli che fanno la differenza! Siamo stati molto bene, servizi e mare comodi, tanti consigli forniti da Marco su ristoranti e negozi in zona e ovviamente come grande plus il posto auto. Consigliamo l'appartamento di Marco e speriamo di tornare anche l'anno prossimo!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Alda und Raymond. Marina Romea ist ein ganz entspannter Urlaubsort. Perfekt für Familien und zum Entspannen. Das Apartment ist hervorragend ausgestattet, Küche und Bäder ganz neu hergerichtet. Absolut empfehlenswert.

We enjoyed our break at Eleonoras place. It was neat and clean and had all amenities. Lovely to sit out in the private garden for breakfast or a drink. Close to the sea and a range of restaurants and an easy drive to Ravenna and Ferrara.

Die Unterkunft von Davide ist sehr schön und entspricht den Fotos und Beschreibungen. Sie ist sehr großzügig und geräumig sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Die Lage ist perfekt, sodass man in wenigen Minuten am wunderschönen Strand und bei guten Restaurants ist. Ceriva ist auch sehr schön. Man kann viele interessante Städte besuchen und Davide ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Barbara è stata molto disponibile e amichevole! Il mio consiglio è di rispettare tutte le indicazioni per entrare nella casa in quanto è presente l’allarme. Le foto della casa non le rendono giustizia. È molto luminosa, ordinata e pulita. Ci siamo stati in 9. Comoda per chi vuole passare una vacanza a Pinarella di Cervia (solo 15/20 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia). Ed è a mezz’ora dalla stazione di Cervia! La consiglio assolutamente!!!❤️

Great location, the beach is very close by. I was staying because of the local Beaches Brew music festival. This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Host is responsive, highly recommend.

Excellent logement. Dans un quartier privé et calme. Parking privé pour une voiture mais nombreuses places de parking aux alentours. Facilité d'accès à la mer à pied et proche du centre et des restaurants. Michelangelo est une personne très amicale et réactive. Ca a été un plaisir de communiquer avec lui. Si je devais trouver un petit défaut je dirai qu'il manquait un peu d'équipement dans la cuisine tel que des produits de 1ère nécessité (poivre, huile, ...) et un peu de vaisselle pour 6 personnes (tasses, verres à vin). Pour le reste rien à redire. A recommander

Marco’s place truly over-delivered on every expectation. The apartment is stunning – beautifully renovated, full of natural light, and so well-thought-out that you instantly feel at home. It’s not just a stopover kind of place – you’ll want to spend a few days here to really enjoy it. Everything was pristine clean and modern, with unique touches throughout. The reading corner in particular is such a charming, cozy spot – a real highlight that makes the space feel special. I honestly wish I had stayed longer! One small note of caution: in one of the two bathrooms (the one with the bathtub), there’s a low beam that could be easy to bump your head on – just something to keep in mind. Other than that, this was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and atmospheric, like stepping into a small village. You’ll need to park the car about 4 minutes away, but it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and the pedestrian-only vibe.

L´apartamento e molto bello, nuovo e ben tenuto. Le spiagge e il porto canale si possono raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti. Con le finestre aperte, si sentono il passaggio del treno e il rumore di Viale Milano. Per il resto, la zona è tranquilla e rilassante sotto i pini. Anna è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci piacerebbe tornare. Grazie per tutto.

Wir waren zu viert in dem Apartment untergebracht. Die Lage ist unschlagbar direkt am Strand. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief reibungslos. Wir bedanken uns für ein paar schöne Tage in Italien. :)

We had a great stay. Lovely apartment, very clean, well equipped kitchen. A plus was the balcony where we had breakfast while watching the peacocks roaming around. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Had the best time! Some great memories made! Thank you Giacomina xxx
