Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Province of Ravenna

We stayed at Peter’s place to visit Imola and Forli, and it turned out to be the perfect base for our trip. It’s just a 30 minute drive to Imola and 15 minutes to Forlì both beautiful, well worth exploring. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped, with a lovely balcony where we could enjoy both mornings and evenings. The shower stayed nice and hot, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals. Having both a washing machine and a dryer was a huge bonus. Peter was also kind enough to provide an extra drying rack in addition to the one near the fridge, which was great for items I preferred not to tumble dry. The location was ideal, though a car is definitely recommended, as walking in the area isn’t particularly safe. There is a nearby bus stop with service into Forlì twice a day tickets can be purchased at the village tobacconist. Peter also provides helpful maps, and I especially recommend using the one marked with numbered points for exploring.

Great place! Very comfortable with parking on premises! Only negative is that the gate only operates with a key.

The stay in Faenza was short, on the way back from the Conero Riviera, but pleasant. Beppe welcomed us in a friendly way and we felt truly at home. The apartment is in a great location, spacious and elegant. We recommend it for spending a few days away from home, but with all the comforts of your home.

Very convenient location at walking distance from all the main sights, the house was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect for families with a baby or toddler like us as the house is equipped with a travel cot, highchair, and microwave. We found free parking available at the property. A little extra city tax has to be paid after booking (we paid €1.60 per person, per night), as stated in the listing. Communication with the host was a little more complex than usual as you get in touch with a property agent at first, and only after an online check-in are you given the host's phone number, whom you have to contact to receive information on how to access the apartment. Apart from this extra step, the host and agent were both very courteous and answered all questions. All in all, a 5-star stay!

Me and my friends had an amazing time here. It was clean and had everything we needed such as cooking supplies. We had plenty of space for all our belongings and was very pleased with everything including the perfect location and the very responsive host. We would come here again.

The house is also perfect for an extended stay (it has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, heater in the bathroom and air conditioners Unfortunately, the physical presence of hosts is totally missing before, during, after Fortunately, we were also provided with adequate assistance from "remote"

I had a really great time, the place had everything I needed and it was very clean. The area was also quiet, there was almost no noise outside. In addition, Christian was a very kind host who responded promptly to my every question; in short, it was a totally exceptional night!

We had a fantastic stay at Roberto's! The welcome from Serena was so warm and friendly, it really made us feel at home right away. The apartment was lovely, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location was absolutely perfect for us, being so close to the racetrack – it made getting there super easy. Serena was also incredibly helpful with local recommendations. We especially enjoyed the delicious pizza place she suggested! It was great having the option to cook at the apartment on another night too. Overall, we had a brilliant time, and Serena's positive and welcoming attitude really added to our experience. We left with great vibes and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable stay with a friendly host in a convenient location

This place is a gem! We stayed here before our cruise and absolutely loved it. There were UNESCO sites at our doorstep and a beautiful Piazza nearby. It’s in the heart of Ravenna where you can walk to shops and restaurants. Alessandro is a fabulous host and even helped us secure a taxi to the port. Our stay in this beautiful city was magical!

Such a fantastic place to stay in Porto Corsini! It was walking distance from the cruise terminal, and was a nice and quiet place to relax. The beach is very close by with stores on the way. Super nice sand with wind surfing and fishing.

Miriam has good advice on what to visit nearby. The kitchen is well equipped and on arrival you have already some coffee, milk, salmon and spaghetti in the cupboard. The place feels unique as it is not equipped with the ubiquitous ikea furniture. The terrace in the well-maintained garden is refreshing when sun is out. Quiet neigbourhood, we slept well. A supermarket closeby has everything you need. We would gladly return, thx !

Marco’s place truly over-delivered on every expectation. The apartment is stunning – beautifully renovated, full of natural light, and so well-thought-out that you instantly feel at home. It’s not just a stopover kind of place – you’ll want to spend a few days here to really enjoy it. Everything was pristine clean and modern, with unique touches throughout. The reading corner in particular is such a charming, cozy spot – a real highlight that makes the space feel special. I honestly wish I had stayed longer! One small note of caution: in one of the two bathrooms (the one with the bathtub), there’s a low beam that could be easy to bump your head on – just something to keep in mind. Other than that, this was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and atmospheric, like stepping into a small village. You’ll need to park the car about 4 minutes away, but it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and the pedestrian-only vibe.

Monica was an absolute angel. We can’t thank her enough for making our trip so easy and effortless. She really went above and beyond, and we can’t be more thankful. Grazie mille!

Accommodation in a decentralized hamlet, but close to Faenza and excellent solution for those who want to visit the city on the occasion of the Palio or events such as Argillà

Stayed in the apartment with me, my husband and 3 teenagers. The apartment was perfect. Great location, easy walk to Ravenna sites and train station . Good restaurants also within walking distance. Antonio and Monica were so helpful, met us on arrival and had many helpful suggestions Highly recommend

Very nice apartment located in the center of the historic city of Imola, close to transport and shops, very clean and comfortable. What more can you say than "perfect" without forgetting the very nice breakfast with lots of choices, especially as we were spoiled. A very friendly welcoming owner, good communication (responds right away)😉👍. We had a great 4-night stay as a couple, thank you for everything and looking forward to coming back to your place ❤
