Bellavista apartments are located in a beautiful place in the Reggio Apennines, surrounded by wonderful views and lots of nature. Ideal for trips to the lands and castles of Matilde di Canossa, they are also perfect for tourist motorcycles like us who appreciate the beautiful curves that the hillside streets offer. The place is nice, clean and complete with everything you need to spend a perfect vacation in the Mediterranean lands. The welcome and friendliness of the owners are also super, a highly recommended experience!

Good stay for a single night. Ideal for a couple but the bedroom is not fully sealed from main area and you need to go through bedroom to get to bathroom so just a bit tricky if you have a baby sleeping. Nevertheless our host was helpful and accommodating and we were touched to see that there were toys provided for our little one! Balcony was a nice feature! Note: AC is only available starting June 1.

What a beautiful and quiet location to stay. We were welcomed by Rosie. The apartment was very clean and Rosie had prepared water and beer in the fridge. This made us feel very welcome. If you want to visit Parma, this is the best place to stay!

The hosts were very kind and friendly and helped with what we asked, the apartment is super comfortable, large and with everything you need to stay. Writers within a few minutes' drive, the view from the apartment showed all the beauty of the rural area. Very quiet. The location was very convenient for a star trip in the Emilia Romagna area.

Mr. Vincenzo was extremely friendly and helpful. We took full advantage of the front porch and the opportunity to grill. Around the house there is a comfortable playground and a nice path through the hills to walk serenely even with children.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time staying at Linda's place, this is the second time we've been coming because it's really a piece of paradise . I recommend going right away!

The place is central to various excursions to do, which is very convenient. The only downside is the presence of a very busy road has a 50 meter so not very quiet Otherwise, the accommodation is clean and well arranged and matches the listing description. Little negative point apart from the noise from the busy road. Everything was perfect for a stay with two 2-year-old babies.

If you want a nice and secluded stay in the authentic countryside of Italy then this is the place for you. Ca Rosa is the perfect spot to relax and wind down from everyday business. The house is very new/modern and you'll be suited to all of your needs!

We really enjoyed our stay at Riccardo's. A beautiful, renovated old building with lots of space. The little private garden that belonged to our flat was perfect for our dog. Fabiola was a great host that helped us with anything we needed. The village is a bit off the beaten track and you need a car to get around. It took only 20 minutes to drive into Modena - really worth a visit. We definitely recommend this airbnb :)

Clean and tidy apartment, fragrant sheets like the ones in the house. The plus for us was being able to bring our 4-legged friend. A very charming apartment that is just a few steps from the sports hall and a few steps from the center of Sestola. Nearby, you'll find bars, restaurants, and all the services you need for a holiday. Elena's directions are very precise, the jar with the coffee capsules is always full, there are plenty of clean towels and the outdoor garden lends itself very well to an afternoon siesta or reading a book. I highly recommend it because it is really convenient. It's easy to find parking, you're in a quiet but not isolated area, and if you have dogs with you, there's nothing around that can harm them.

Jerry was a perfect host and his well-located and quiet apartments served us beautifully. Location of the apartment on a pedestrianized street yet in a private quiet area meant it was conducive to sleeping well. Linens were crisp and clean. The heater worked perfectly during chilly October evenings. We had a family emergency which required a plan change and Jerry was kind, understanding and helpful. We highly recommend Jerry and apartment number 3.

A 15-minute walk from the center of Parma, a half-hour drive from the RCF arena in Reggio Emilia. Clean house with all the comforts (air conditioning that cools the bathroom and bedroom!). Very helpful and welcoming host.
