Casa di Borgo Santo Spirito

DanielRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a great stay in Adriano's house in Parma. The house was really nice, very spacious and in a quiet area but also close to the city centre with many bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The house was clean and comfortable and had all of the basic provisions which was helpful for a short stay. Adriano was friendly and responsive and gave us some good local advice. Overall an excellent weekend and hope to visit Param again some time.

Stone house in the Modena Apennines

TamirRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The stay was wonderful. The house is clean and cozy. The house is located with a stunning view. Paolo, the owner, was very friendly. From the first moment he was always available for any question. And we received lots of recommendations for trips in the area. Highly recommend coming to this property.

Emilio country house vacation home

GabyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We booked at very short notice and Romina made it possible! She welcomed us very warmly and explained everything really well, even a bottle of wine was cold for us. She is very friendly and her tips were great! We would never have tried the food truck and it was soooo delicious! She was always available and asked how we were doing. The furnishings are lovingly selected, everything fits together. From the glasses to the large mural in the bedroom, everything is very harmonious We would book with Romina again at any time.

Montegibbio rustic house

SylvieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Crisitina and André are extremely kind. We had asked for references to take a cooking class, visit a balsamic vinegar cellar and when we arrived, everything was already organized. It was more than I could have hoped for. For hosts, it's a 12/10. You can't be disappointed with them! Upon arrival, the landscape is breathtaking. For the house, it's a gem! It smells good, it's clean and we didn't miss anything. The kitchen accessories are of good quality, the rooms are large and comfortable, the bathrooms are beautiful and clean. We had wood for a fireplace in the dining room. It was great! There were 6 of us and we never felt cramped. Yes, yes, I recommend these hosts and their beautiful home!

Casatico Garden Suite

JeffRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We stayed for 2 days at Silvias lovely house and wish we could have stayed for longer. It has been beautifully decorated and furnished and has everything you need for a special stay. Everything was SUPER clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in (and is huge!). Silvia and her husband are really thoughtful, friendly and helpful, with lots of suggestions for the area. Good walks and cycle routes from the door. There is a small pottery nearby where the ceramicist will provide private lessons, and of course there are lots of opportunities to buy prosciutto and parmigiano reggiano! This was a wonderful, relaxing stay and we highly, highly recommend Silvias house. thank you Silvia and Joris xx

Lauro's house in the Ferretti Farm

DanRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We had a wonderful stay at Alberto’s place. The country location perfectly met our needs. It is easy to catch a train from Reggio-Emilia to visit Bologna. Modena is also just a day trip. Alberto recommended a tour of a parmigiano reggiano dairy farm and production center which was so fun and interesting, and only a fifteen minute drive from the house. The sparkling clean house is spacious with very modern bathrooms, large comfortable bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. During the hot weather, we were pleased that the house felt cool. Fans in each bedroom let us sleep comfortably. Alberto told us that he is having air conditioning installed in the next few weeks. A gift of lettuce and berries from the garden was much appreciated. We enjoyed taking sunset neighborhood walks each evening of our stay. We very much recommend a stay at Alberto’s farmhouse.

Villa with private pool - Tenuta Frascanera

PaulRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. We regularly walked in the mornings, before it got too hot, to the village of Valestra. It is approx 4.5 miles round trip and a

Tana della Lavanda Charming Holiday Home with Hydro

EvaRating, 5 stars17 months ago
Roberta is a truly impeccable host! The house not only matches the description and photos, but is also enriched by the owner's thousand attentions: from the Christmas decorations to the variety of what is offered for breakfast! The spaces are large and well organized, both inside and outside. Roberta was very kind and gave us valuable information about the surroundings! We spent 3 nights on horseback on New Year's Eve at La Tana, but it would be nice to come back just for the lavender bloom! ps: the bathroom with the hot tub is really nice!

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

Casa Vigneto - Villa with Pool

IvanRating, 5 stars22 months ago
A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

Casetta Nuncy Baiso

AbiRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Roberta is an excellent host who takes the time beforehand and during the stay to ensure her guests have everything they need and recommendations of local activities in books at the house and throughout our stay. The house is charming and very well appointed, little touches like tea and coffee, balsamic and olive oil are very welcome as well as a lovely present and bottle of wine on arrival. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area, it’s very handy for Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia and the pool is fab for the kids and adults alike. Everyone we met in Baiso was friendly and welcoming and our kids enjoyed meeting and hanging out with the local kids who took great care of them also.

apartment with terrace surrounded by greenery at 625m

StevenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Thank you very much, Ivano! 🧡 Our stay with Ivano was simply unforgettable. From the first minute, he welcomed us with a warmth that is rarely experienced. Ivano is a wonderful person - well-read, intelligent and full of life experience, which he shares with warmth and modesty. He really gave everything so that we – my family, our children and even our dog – are completely happy. He was there in every situation, with action, a smile or loving gestures. Our children were absolutely thrilled, and even our dog immediately felt at home. A beautiful, spacious garden with berry bushes, trees and countless loving details. You can feel how much love for nature and mindfulness is in every corner. It is a place of peace and beauty that you don't want to leave. I would write a lot more if it were possible here. Ivano – you touched our hearts, we hope to see you again soon

"Nord" apartment in farmhouse

ArturRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our stay in Montebabbio was truly a pleasure. Mario really wanted to make us feel like on holidays and was more than willing to share information about the region. He answered all our questions and helped however he could. We traveled with a 5 months old baby so it was great not having to stress about the accomodation. The appartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. The views are beautiful and the place (and the village) is quiet. It's located about 15 minutes drive from Sassuolo and 20 minutes away from a highway so it serves as a good base to visit different places in Emilia-Romagna. If we ever come back to the region it'll be there.

Fascinating apartment in 18th century palazzo

GuadalupeRating, 5 stars5 months ago
My mom had a great time in the apartment, since in a 5-minute walk she was in one of the main streets of the center, generating a lot of autonomy for her. It is also close to the station but in a quiet and safe area. Then the apartment is very nice, equipped with everything, nothing was missing and the heating was perfect. Francesco and Benedetta are very kind and always available, they also leave you a guide to places to eat and visit in Reggio Emilia. I'm sure if my mom goes back to Reggio Emilia, she'll want this apartment.
