Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Province of Reggio Emilia

Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

Samanta's place was everything I needed during the stay in Parma. Really great place and awesome host.

We really enjoyed our stay at Valentina and Lorenzo's, they were attentive and responsive. Very nice apartment, very clean and well-equipped. Quiet neighborhood, very close to shops, on foot. Free and quiet parking 150m away. Casalgrande is a nice little town, it is very easy to go to Modena and Bologna to visit.

Small space but fit our family of 4. Perfect for our needs at an excellent nightly rate. Check in was easy. Having access to a washer and dryer is bonus. We found free parking just around the corner on the main road. 5 min walk to a couple of grocery stores, and not far from the centre. Our 7 and 9 year old girls were able to walk it every day. If we came again we would stay again.

The perfect accommodation to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A sweet café right on the doorstep - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

This is an amazing space. Very very clean. Lots of amenities. And a porch to walk out on and look down at the square and look at the views and watch the Starlings. You can walk everywhere and lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of comfortable space.

The apartment was exactly as described, communication was smooth and easy. Location was perfect for us. Practically located directly behind the cathedral, but in a very quiet side street that ended in a small square, which was beautifully lively in the evening. Clear recommendation and I would definitely stay here again!

Everything is perfect, location, and place to stay. The only downside is that the host forces you to send your documents for check-in by message and if you don't, they cancel your reservation. When I was in need, I had to accept this modus operandi, otherwise I didn't know where to go to sleep at the last minute. By law, recognition must be de visu.

Location surrounded by greenery, a well-kept and cozy place where you can really "disconnect". The pool is fantastic, sorry the weather was not very kind, but the spaces in the house are well organized and we enjoyed the same situation. In the evening there was a cold out of season, but Alessandra and Stefano left us a heater and extra blankets so the discomfort was overcome! The center and services are just a few minutes away by car, you are close to restaurants, shops, shopping center, etc... The time of breakfast was a joy and the photo I remember with Matilde (the donkey) the icing on the cake... we will return to the first opportunity!

Very friendly and helpful host. Very nice house, as in the photos. Cozy and warm, perfect for a weekend or as a support during the week. Tactical place and very easy to reach.

Greta and her family were very helpful and friendly. She responded to every question immediately with clear instructions. The location was top. Close to the centro storico, to the train station and restaurants. Very clean and cosy please. Very homey. We enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it.

Strategic place in the center of Reggio Emilia. 5 minutes on foot from large convenient parking, 1 minutes from the sports hall in case of events. Very nice view of the square. Impeccable room and very clean bathroom. Practically perfect.

Francesco's accommodation is rural and very lovingly furnished. Surrounded by fields, this property is a quiet retreat for a holiday in Emilia Romagna. I was in this apartment with three friends for a concert at the Campovolo arena. We had a great time in Iolanda's apartment, we felt at home. The host was very kind, helpful and friendly, she provided us with coffee, toast, jam and fresh water as well as a clean and cozy house and really equipped with everything. We will definitely be back here for the next concert :)

I've in Parma many times and I loved Nicolle's place. Hope to find it again next time. Is amazing how quiet is inside the apartment despite all the vibration and all-day life of the surroundings.... it was a NICE stay!!!

The check-in and check-out were very easy and understandable, also due to the help of Michela's English-speaking son. The parking spot in the underground parking is a big plus! The apartment was extremely clean and there was everything you need for a short vacation. The immediate surroundings are not too nice, but on foot or by bus you are quickly in the city center and can enjoy it. All in all I would recommend the apartment on due to the good value for money!

great location - parking is close by (DUS - public garage) and the city center is in walking distance. Tatiana was really helpful and very responsive. We liked her bar & restaurant recommendations. Perfect for discovering Parma for a few days.

Great spot. only moments to museum and park. It was like staying in style back in time. very cool building and excellent host. we are clean freaks and this did not disappoint!
