Great place! Beautiful and great location! The very centre or the city! It is a bit loud at night due to night life but didn’t bother me. Just missing a kettle or a coffee machine 😉

The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the apartment was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short or long stay. The location was convenient, with shops and public transport nearby, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Marco went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, and it really made a difference. Highly recommended! Ideal accommodation to explore Parma and its surroundings, especially if you arrive by car (accommodation located outside the ZTL and free parking nearby - at the bottom of the building if you are lucky or in the neighborhood a few minutes walk away, many very good shops nearby and center easily accessible on foot in 25 minutes). The neighborhood is quiet and residential, authentic immersion with the locals. Spacious accommodation, very clean, comfortable bedding, as described, where you feel very good! (note for PMR: 2nd floor without elevator). You can follow Ottavia's recommendations without a second thought! Thank you Ottavia!

The apartment corresponded in all respects to the photos seen on the site, Claudio welcomed us in a friendly manner, even though we delayed our arrival by about a couple of hours. He left us water and beer in the fridge and bags of chips, and we took advantage of it. to make us an aperitif. The house is very cozy, well maintained, with excellent furnishings and very clean, all including linen. Absolutely recommended.

We had a really pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with attention to the smallest details. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the fireplace perfectly functional, with wood provided free of charge by the host. The apartment is immersed in the tranquility of the Modena Apennines, an ideal place for those looking to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. Nearby are several hiking trails, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. Sergio and his wife were exceptional hosts: kind, helpful and never intrusive. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating break!

The most wonderful house and pool area - the ideal surroundings for a vacation with friends and/or family! You’ll need a car, but good and family-friendly restaurants are nearby in Fivizzano. If you’re into bicycling the area will exite - and exhaust you 💪🏻 Highly recommended 😊

Beautiful apartment and very intimate. The host Giada is super available. Not easy access as in the area not accessible to cars, and Google maps does not help - I recommend providing very detailed directions on the location of the apartment because the navigators are not accurate

My group of friends and I stayed in the beautiful home of Andrea and his parents for 1 night, but we felt right at home. Andrea and her parents were very kind, helpful and in company. The place was clean, well cared for, and the kitchen was super stocked! The area is very quiet, ideal for getting away from the daily routine in the city. Highly recommended!!

We spent a weekend in this magnificent place, we were greeted as old friends. Very clean places and everything is very well cared for. The children had the opportunity to play in the garden and we also had lunch and dinner in the garden. We also recommend it with the kids. The managers are the top.

We stayed for 3 nights, my partner, my newborn daughter and I. The home is very quiet, clean and equipped with everything. Stefania is very friendly and very proactive in responding to our requests. Upon our arrival she made us find homemade sweets and jams and every possible delicacy for breakfast. The kitchen is very well equipped like everything else in the house. A nice variety of books are available for guests. We also took advantage of the fireplace. Unfortunately, there is not much nearby, given the period, but we will definitely come back in the spring with the possibility of also taking some walks. It was really a relaxing vacation!

My mom and I stayed at Giovanni's apartment. The apartment is new and tastefully furnished, very clean and equipped with every comfort. Suitable for those who have to move on foot and those who have to go to the Maggiore hospital, which is very close. We had a great time. Giovanni is super kind and friendly, available to meet the needs of guests. If we were to return, we would clearly stay in his property!

Giada's apartment is in the heart of Sestola with ample possibility of parking on the property or in the adjacent municipal one, free with large stalls. We had a great time because the apartment was spacious , bright and equipped with everything, including WI FI with Fastweb fiber around 100 MB useful for working or watching a movie streaming on the beautiful 55'LG Smart TV. Large balcony that revolves around the apartment from which you can enjoy a beautiful view and where to breathe mountain air. Impeccable cleanliness and absolute tranquility. I would definitely go back without if and without but....
