Farmstay holiday rentals in Province of Siena

Wer sich auf diese Behausung einlässt, erlebt Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit in einem ursprünglichen Sinne. Sehr erholsam für Geist und Seele. Man sollte sich mindestens 3 Tage Zeit nehmen, wir hatten leider nur zwei. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Entsprechend der besonderen Lage (mitten in einem alten Dorfkern) eher dunkel, was in den heissen Sommermonaten von grossem Vorteil sein kann. Die Aussicht von dieser Idylle auf dem Berg ist spektakulär. Man wünscht dann schon mal eine Terrasse, aber das ist der einzige Verzicht, der mir einfallen würde. Mit mehr Zeit komme ich gerne wieder. Gerne auch zu zweit. Mit Kindern stelle ich mir den Aufenthalt eher herausfordernd vor. Aber wer weiss, vielleicht entdeckt eine Familie auch neue Seiten im Umgang miteinander.

This place is truly beautiful. Be aware of the location, as the address is easier to find if you look for “Agriturismo Il Casalino” in Monteriggioni. The property is beautifully taken care of. The garden has different levels with the highlight being a relatively large pool. You’ll find olive trees and all other kind of herbs and plants across the property. It is really a beautiful green oasis. The barbecue we used twice in 5 days, great addition. The pool is worth to be mentioned. The pool is quite large for a private pool and quite deep, don’t be fooled. This also makes to pool stay fresh all day. Otherwise I would not recommend to stay at this place without a car. It is not very well connected and even walks are difficult from the property. The only „weakness” would be the poor connection in the house. Outside, by the pool the connection is fine but in the house it doesn’t really work. Finally, I can only recommend staying here for some quiet days.

The house is located on Chianti which views to vineyard and olive yard, the most beautiful view for an airbnb. Everything is fully furnished, a lot of welcome foods and drinks. The hosts give clearly instruction and very responsive. It was a wonderful time spending our holiday there.

Traumhafte Auszeit mit Panoramablick! Diese Airbnb-Unterkunft war ein absoluter Glücksgriff! Der Ausblick war einfach atemberaubend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig – die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und idyllisch. Die Wohnung selbst ist fantastisch ausgestattet und bietet wirklich alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Es war super praktisch, dass grundlegende Dinge wie Öl, Essig etc. vorhanden waren. Das spart nicht nur Geld, sondern auch den ersten Einkauf. Das einzige, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war, war das Bett. Aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache und hat unsere positive Erfahrung in keiner Weise getrübt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes senti comme la famille, Paula et l’équipe nous ont très bien accueilli et le logement était très confortable. Notre séjour a été très agréable, Arianne nous a fait découvrir le vignoble et les vins de Le Miccine de façons très sympathique. Je recommande fortement de s’y rendre pour une expérience inoubliable en Toscane dans la région du Chianti Classico!

We loved our stay here. It is a beautiful home and a beautiful space. The only thing I would note for future travelers is the host speaks Italian and not much English. Communication prior to check-in was a little slow but ultimately very smooth. The host met us when we arrived and was very nice. Would 100% stay here again.

Wat een prachtige plek, midden in de natuur, met een zalig zwembad om tot rust te komen. Emiliano is erg gastvrij en heeft een groot hart voor dieren, zelf heeft hij ook honden. Hij hield steeds rekening met onze hond en stemde goed met ons af. Onze hond mocht overal loslopen en werd met veel liefde ontvangen — voor honden echt een vijfsterrenverblijf! 🫶 Je hebt wel een auto nodig om dingen te ondernemen, maar de locatie is ideaal als uitvalsbasis om Toscane te verkennen. Het eerste (honden)vriendelijke strand met parasols, bar en eetgelegenheid ligt op 30 minuten rijden. Andere stranden, mooie stadjes en zelfs een natuurlijke warmwaterbron bereik je binnen 40 tot 90 minuten. Een echte aanrader voor wie houdt van rust, natuur én een hondvriendelijke sfeer!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Our stay at Mariella's beautiful home was a highlight of our five week trip throughout Italy. Peacefully situated between Florence and Siena, this villa offers a welcoming respite from the hustle and bustle of the cities. It was also super convenient to the vineyards throughout Chianti. Waking up every morning to the sunrise views over the valley and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening were the perfect beginning and ending to each day. The pool was even larger than we imagined and provided days of entertainment sprinkled in during a week of sightseeing and wine tasting. I cannot recommend this home, location, or host enough. You will NOT be disappointed!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Beatrice und Alessandro. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort um Urlaub zumachen! Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. From the amazing grounds to the incredible food at the little restaurant it’s all been perfect. Thank you Marian for excellent communication and being so accommodating. What a fantastic place - Grazie!!

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect—exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, with classic rustic, yet elegant furnishings. The villa is gorgeous with attention to design & detail. For 6 women, it was perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and space to relax. Each room had its own unique view and touch. There are also plenty of common spaces throughout the house for connecting together. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped for plenty of great meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. The dining room is nice to enjoy a more elegant meal. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. We used the outdoor terrace for watching the sunset, enjoying brunch, and making pizzas. The washing machine and dryer are easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to go for a walk and enjoy the surrounding nature. The hospitality was unmatched from Tristan & Angela. I will absolutely book again and hope to return soon!

The property was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The owners of the property , Claudio and Angelica, are helpful and delightful. However, the “host” BoMVillas , who acts as a middleman, was rude and disrespectful when we had a miscommunication. I would not make another booking that was offered by BoMVillas.

Barbara’s place was above and beyond our expectations in every way! If you are looking for a place to stay in this general area, don’t hesitate! Barbara was a wonderful host and all the instructions were very clear. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked all of our dinners there as we were traveling with a baby. We spent a lot of time hanging out as a family and there was more than enough room for us and both sets of grandparents. The home is very well situated and we loved exploring. There are so many great restaurants in the area. I can’t over state the beauty of the area and the house itself…my family is already dreaming about coming back!

Onwijs fijn appartement dat goed koel blijft tijdens warme dagen. Uitzicht vanaf het prive terras was adembenemend en het appartement was smetteloos schoon. Alles behalve een weegschaal om de koffer te wegen was aanwezig, echter die was binnen een half uur geleend van de ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaresse (die overigens olijfolie en honing van eigen kweek aanbiedt).

Incredible trip. Paola and Michele were so friendly and welcoming. Always there to give advice and make sure you had everything you needed. The little converted hay barn was just beautiful and lovely. Location wise it just couldn’t be beaten. The garden was amazing and we ate outside morning and night, easy access to amazing Tuscany countryside and also a short trip on the train to Florence from Montevarchi. Loved every minute we were there and we were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le cottage de Clarissa et Antonio qui est situé dans un endroit magnifique et au calme mais proche du centre du village de Radicofani. On peut s’y rendre à pied et l’on y trouve de petits commerces et de bons restaurants. Le cottage est bien équipé, propre et très agréable. Nous avons été accueillis par Sara et Marcello qui sont très avenant et très sympathiques. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions de bienvenue. Le cottage est très bien situé géographiquement pour visiter les principaux villages de Toscane et profiter de magnifiques paysages. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine en fin de séjour ce qui a été très appréciable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir séjourner chez Clarissa et Antonio.

La estancia en la casa de Paola fue muy buena. La ubicación es perfecta porque queda cerca a diferentes lugares de la toscana. Tiene una vista increíble y Paola fue muy amable dándonos recomendaciones sobre la zona.

Family of 5 here, 3 small kids. A wonderful stay! We toured surrounding villages in the morning and came back to the pool to beat the heat in the afternoon. The private cooking class with Valentina was the absolute highlight of the trip!

Panzano The house has everything we need, the beds are confortable and the view from the terrace is gorgeous.The street parking near the house is perfect, no need to climb with luggage. Panzano is a really interesting small village, from which It’s easy to drive to other Tuscany villages ( Grève, Montefioralle, Badia a Pasignano, Castellina etc…). We did have an excellent wine tasting with Lunch at Castello Vicchiomaggio. We didn’t meet Daniel in person, since we did have the chance to do an early check in, but the communication with him was really easy for help and local suggestions.

Had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb for two nights while traveling thru Italy. As previous reviews mention,the pictures do not even begin to do the view justice. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The Airbnb was spacious and unique! The shops and restaurants were a quick walk into town. The host also has a taxi driver recommendation that makes getting around a breeze, definitely inquire!! The host was flexible, we are very grateful for this experience!
