The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

What an amazing place to call home for the 4 nights we stayed! The apartment is beautiful, clean, has absolutely everything you could possibly need, is steps away from so many things to see, and has the best patio and view one could hope for. Emanuela and Francesca are extremely kind, caring and helpful, even helping us find restaurants (and make reservations) and find a local business to help with my husband’s work while we were in Siena. We had a great stay in the apartment which is very beautiful, clean, quiet and very well located for exploring the area. Sofia is a very friendly, welcoming, attentive and very responsive host.

Great apartment! It is very spacious, clean, well illuminated, excellent location and very comfortable. The view from the bedrooms is fantastic! Dario and his team were incredible hosts. They were always very responsive. They were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions and offered lots of valuable, practical tips and suggestions on things to do and where to visit during our stay. Dario and the team made our stay a 5 star experience; they were insightful and very kind! Thank you.

I have to restate what others have stated. The home is like stepping back in time, to the 1880's, but with modern amenities. Charming, quaint, quirky. It is like a museum, with portraits and objet d'art everywhere. His English is a bit choppy, but from what I could tell he did much of the work on his home himself. He is an artist. This place is not for everyone, then stay at the Hilton. This place was a treasure, transported back in time, like Dorothy stepping into color from black and white. Giovanni was a delight, very helpful. He was even kind enough to pick us up with our luggage at the garage where we left the car. He was thoughtful, responsive, and so helpful. Remember, you're staying in his home, and needs to be treated with respect. I would love to return to this special place.

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

The house and location are simply a dream! Thank you very much, dear Christine and dear Christian, for making this beautiful place available to us! We spent a week with our little daughter (2 years) in this fantastic house and enjoyed every minute. The surrounding attractions are fantastic, and the large garden invites you to relax and linger. Communication was excellent. Stephanie, our local contact person, welcomed us warmly, explained everything to us in detail and was always available to answer any questions. She also had great tips for grocery stores. Christine was also there with her family for a few days, and it was a pleasure to meet her. It was exciting to learn more about the history of the house. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this vacation home! Thanks for everything!

The stay at Paola's house was very good. The location is perfect because it is close to different places in Tuscany. It has an incredible view and Paola was very kind giving us recommendations about the area.

Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Marco’s place is in the heart of Montichiello village, perched atop a hill with beautiful views. We stayed one night during our biking trip from Siena and wished we could have stayed longer! Marco is a kind and thoughtful host. The apartment is clean, stylish, and comfortable, with spotless bathrooms and a great shower. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a cozy table for meals. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep the space cool in summer. The apartment is on the first floor, reached by stairs lined with flower pots, and features a charming bookshelf at the entrance. On the ground floor, there’s a storage room where we safely stored our bikes alongside Marco’s. It also has a washing machine and dryer available. A local grocery store is just 300 meters away. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in this lovely village!

Casa di Laura is a dream. I shared the location with all my friends because coming here is a wonderful gift to give yourself. We left reluctantly, like when you leave a vacation home you've grown fond of. The surroundings are beautiful, as is the house, a quiet garden with attention to every detail, and the pool that changes the whole vacation. A dip before going down to Siena to visit (which is 15 minutes by car, not even) is like returning home before going down for dinner. Ideal for cooling off from the summer heat. It was truly wonderful, and we will be back! Thank you so much Laura for sharing with us the restaurant for lunch, dinner and aperitif and for being so flexible with the schedule. We haven't even met, but after being at your house, it's as if I know you. Thank you!

Sebastiano’ place a real heaven in the heart of Chianti mountains in Tuscany. Amazing project, wonderful nature and history everywhere around. Place is so peaceful and unique. Just a dream which came true!

Wow, beyond gorgeous place that surpassed all expectations. Had incredible views and so much room for the kids to run around and explore. Pietro was fantastic with recommendations too. A dream vacation!!

This is an absolutely stunning place, on so many levels. The villa and surroundings look exactly like the pictures, but they can’t truly do justice to the tranquil beauty of the landscape and the comfort of the house. We loved this place. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. It was a bit cold for the pool, but we braved it a few times - hard to resist with the stunning view. The house is a quick walk to the tiny yet utterly charming town of Montebenichi, with its one lovely little restaurant (with wonderful food). There are other walks in the area, including down the road towards the nearby wolf sanctuary - the wolves add to the magical atmosphere with their baying at intervals during the day. The road to the house is narrow at times, and intimidating at first, but gets easier as you get familiar with the twists and turns. The overall location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, a quick drive to many of the top sites. This place delivers on the Tuscan dream vacation.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely amazing—right in the center, walking distance to everything. The flat itself is very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention to the host who was incredibly helpful, even arranging an emergency dentist appointment for us—truly above and beyond! The apartment comes with valet parking, which was convenient, although you do need to walk about 6 minutes to the meeting point to retrieve your car. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: if you arrive after 10pm, there’s an extra fee, and with luggage, it’s best to take a taxi to be dropped directly at the apartment, as only taxis are allowed access inside the area. Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

Incredible trip. Paola and Michele were so friendly and welcoming. Always there to give advice and make sure you had everything you needed. The little converted hay barn was just beautiful and lovely. Location wise it just couldn’t be beaten. The garden was amazing and we ate outside morning and night, easy access to amazing Tuscany countryside and also a short trip on the train to Florence from Montevarchi. Loved every minute we were there and we were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend.

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights in early June in this wonderful home. It was spacious and clean, and very comfortable. The host was very clear in her instructions. The location was fantastic! It was an easy walk to the Duomo cathedral, Piazza del Campo, and pretty much everything in the city center. We really enjoyed sitting at the kitchen table, enjoying the breeze, and looking out the window at the historic buildings and the top of the cathedral in the distance. Thank you for a memorable stay! We can’t wait to come back…

A beautiful and very well equipped apartment in one of the most picturesque areas of Tuscany. Located on a secluded hill in a countryside yet very close to Siena and Monteriggioni. The views from the top floor were wonderful. Via Francigena walking (pilgrim) path is right beside the house and we enjoyed walks in the countryside. In the house itself, I appreciated the elevator, the washing machine, the iron, a multitude of cloth hangers and even the radio set to a fantastic oldies music station! We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Samantha was very supportive and prompt with any questions we had.

Luca is an amazing host! He is super friendly and responsive. His apartment is in a very good and peaceful place. The view is just amazing. Highly recommended!

The apartment is conveniently located, but far enough from town centre to be quiet and peaceful. Barbara made extra effort with leaving milk and a few drinks, enough toilet paper, and other basics like olive oil which was helpful. We loved the small balcony looking out on a green space and found the beds comfortable and apartment clean.
