Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Teramo

We stayed in shoulder season so the town was quiet and not a lot of action. But we loved the place being right across the street from the beach. And it was clean and comfortable. Only thing we recommend is the host investing in better pillows for guests. Otherwise a great spot in a quiet beach centred community.

I stayed at Morena's place 10 days in August with my family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a vacation and my three-year-old also felt at home. I was a guest for a weekend with my family (my wife and two children aged 8 and 12). The apartment is very nice, functional and well furnished. A special mention to the beautiful equipped terrace that allows you to enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The three flights of stairs without an elevator are definitely worth it. In the area, there are restaurants and clubs, as well as the promenade (right in front of the house). Zina is very quiet and has free parking in the immediate vicinity. Matteo was punctual and precise in his answers, making the stay even more pleasant.

Sandra was an amazing host, very helpful, kind and accommodating. She looked after us, and helped with any questions and recommendations. Sandra always responded very quickly and made us feel very at home in her Airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, despite it being quite quiet at this time of year.

We stayed two weeks in this apartment I can only say that the level of hospitality is really rare! There's all the essentials in the house. In addition, Valter and Daniela offer you everything you need for a great breakfast and a wonderful bread from the L'Aquila. Great apartment to live in harmony and peace the life of the sea and hill of Tortoreto Lido. Customized for families with young children and teenagers to experience moments of sharing. Great restaurants and trattorias nearby and unforgettable evenings on the long bike path. What about our apartment, as described and Tiziana is always ready and kind to us. Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

My stay was very quiet in Domenico's house, a very comfortable and polite house, exceeded my expectations.

Alessandro welcomed us into his home cordially and amicably, briefly explaining the services and directions of the house, an available person, giving full freedom in compliance with the rules. The house itself is beautiful, clean and with all the rooms air-conditioned, in summer it is definitely a positive note, The large, well-kept and fenced garden with an evening atmosphere to enjoy dinners with friends, and for those who also have dogs, well I'll let you imagine their joy (mine was very happy!!). Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

I highly recommend this house with the great garden! We enjoyed every moment and were pleasantly surprised at how nice and comfortable everything was. The hosts were extremely helpful and warm, and made our stay truly memorable. Thank you for the great hospitality! We will definitely come back again.

Special house, spacious and 2 steps from the sea, large garden (there are not many garden houses in this area) with the possibility of organizing grills. Hosts who are friendly and helpful, recommended ;)

Extremely positive experience. Serena was impeccable both in the phase before our stay, with timely and accurate information, and during the stay, making us feel at home in everything. We only stayed two days as the "queue" of a vacation in Puglia and we were able to appreciate all the comforts of the apartment and the facilities in the area: beach, pine forest, restaurants,... Definitely recommend!

I booked this property, but my family stayed there and they were satisfied with the space in apartment, there was no Wi-fi conection which I recomend to install it and it will complete this property.

Staying at Cinzia and her husband's apartment was a super positive experience! The apartment, in a quiet area close to the sea, reflected the photos and description....even live is even better. Clean, tidy, complete with everything, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom... absolutely nothing was missing. As it is written in the description, you could only bring the essentials and personal things...the rest is there! Cinzia and her husband personally welcomed us when we arrived, despite our small delay. They explained everything to us, gave us tips on local activities and were responsive to our every request. For example, for a small problem with the boiler, Cinzia was notified, after 5 minutes she was at home with a technician....and it was almost 10:00 pm...everything was resolved in 10 minutes! What can I say...thank you for everything and I definitely recommend this apartment, without a doubt!

Excellent stay, apartment in a quiet area and very convenient to the beach. The apartment is modern and cared for in every detail, just like at home.

Pros: Great location, next to the beach with a sea view, friendly host, well equipped apartment, large loggia, quiet neighbours, well maintened and fairly new building. Cons: Photos on page were a slightlyt mixed with different apartmens, however majority were correct. We also encountered AC unit problem upstairs (apartment has two levels), where kitchen is located. It was quite challenging but hopefully will be fixed soon. Summary: I would definetely consider returning to this apartment, all in all me and my family had a great stay there.
