The location of Lidia’s apartment cannot be beat, it’s literally two minutes from the beach and a very easy 5 minute bike ride to the main area. The apartment is very easy to find and Lidia was super responsive organising our check in and check out. Although the apartment doesn’t have any AC, it was relatively easy to keep cool with the windows open. Just be aware that there is no wifi, but we didn’t miss it with the beach so close. I would 100% stay at Lidia’s place again.

The accommodation is beautiful, modern and very clean. The place is spectacular, a beautiful and unique place, very quiet. If you're looking for a quiet stay in the countryside, this is the place for you!!

What a wonderful, peaceful place. The property has everything you need and decorated with style. Outside you are surrounded by flowers. We shall miss having our breakfast overlooking the stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and listening to all the birdsong, or watching the sun go down at the end of the day. It’s a great location for exploring most areas of the Sibillini national park or for popping into Ascoli Piceno. Dori is the perfect host: very welcoming, thoughtful and attentive. She warned us of a road closure and booked us a table at the local restaurant. We aso met the owners who were delightful.

Marina was very accommodating and friendly and gave us a lot of helpful information. The tip with the bike rental around the corner was valuable, so we could explore the area by bike. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price for the bikes (low season). We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is a very comfortable family home, a few steps from the sea but in a quiet and airy area. We will definitely return to enjoy more days of vacation by the sea, also thanks to an excellent accommodation for quality/price.

A modern and very clean apartment with all the conveniences, quiet neighbourhood, great views from the terrace, easy parking, very helpful attendant and located about 10 min drive from a nice beach, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended for those looking for an active holiday combined with some work.

I booked this property, but my family stayed there and they were satisfied with the space in apartment, there was no Wi-fi conection which I recomend to install it and it will complete this property.

The accommodation was great, we had everything we needed. It's a little longer to the sea on foot, but we liked to walk, we could rent bikes. Great place for trips to the mountains in Abruzzo. The whole trip was great, we enjoyed it and we would like to return in the future.

We had a very good time, convenient location, Lorenzo and Adriana are wonderful people. The house is clean and well-stocked with the possibility of barbecue. We'll be back!

We stayed with Pierino for a week. The apartment is small but has all the comforts. Mr. Rino, who welcomed us, is an exceptional person. Our two dogs also traveled with us, who were kindly welcomed by the owners. Very convenient ample private parking a few steps from the house. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at this property for two nights and can only express my full satisfaction! The place was clean, well cared for, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is great, the area is well served. A special thank you to the hosts: kind, helpful and always ready to give useful advice about the area. I really felt like I was at home. I highly recommend this place to those looking for a pleasant, comfortable stay without surprises.

Great apartment. Very large for Italian standards. Awesome location just minutes walk from the center of Teramo.

We had a great time, in a well-kept and clean house, equipped with all the essentials, even for breakfast. The host is present, friendly and available. The sea is a few minutes' walk away: you will find a beautiful pine forest in a protected area and equipped beaches (in moderation) next to large areas that are fortunately left free. Great accommodation great service and excellent person

We felt very comfortable. The house is a bit off the beaten path, but it is quiet. You have the entire place to yourself, which was fantastic. The pool and outdoor kitchen are also great. We can only recommend the house and will be happy to come back!

Extremely positive experience. Serena was impeccable both in the phase before our stay, with timely and accurate information, and during the stay, making us feel at home in everything. We only stayed two days as the "queue" of a vacation in Puglia and we were able to appreciate all the comforts of the apartment and the facilities in the area: beach, pine forest, restaurants,... Definitely recommend!

We spent a very pleasant week in Michele's apartment, equipped with everything you need. The outdoor space is also very pleasant and organized. Michele was always very helpful in recommending us and also in welcoming us! If we go back to the area, we know where to go! Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.

The host is very conscientious and responded promptly to questions. The apt and building were spotless. Many restaurants close by. Excellent beach almost at your door. Would highly recommend this property.

We were very satisfied with our stay, the proximity to the beach as well as the swimming pool in the residence is an asset. Complimenting the language barrier Lorenzo was very welcoming and it was made available, the point to correct is the noise of the air conditioner both inside and the group outside that disturbed us our sleep.
