Simply perfect stay! Gianluca and Monica were exceptional hosts, welcoming and always available for every need. The accommodation is located in an area surrounded by greenery and nature: the ideal place for those seeking peace, silence and absolute relaxation. Breakfast was excellent, abundant and with attention to detail, a real pleasure to start the day. The hospitality and kindness of Gianluca and Monica made our stay special: we felt at home. We will definitely be back and hope they can visit us soon!

We went to Gianluca in the week of August. The B&B is immersed in greenery 10 minutes from the center of Ascoli Piceno. In the morning the awakening is delighted with a hearty and attention to detail breakfast. Kindness and courtesy are the master. Super Recommended!

Great place for hiking. It was beautiful peaceful place, with fantastic views. Marco didn’t speak any English and advised him of this and communication was made via translation app. He was very accommodating . I would definitely recommend using the light in the dark stairwell of the apartment , as it is very dark without use of the light. The breakfast was traditional Italian and homemade by Marco himself. It was quite delicious ! The use of the kitchen was very convenient and a benefit-it was well stocked for any cooking needs.

Catapulted for a night in the nineteenth-century era, apartment in a building with a view of the Abruzzo hills, Antonio, a restaurant of a level attached to the structure. Congratulations...

Very nice and cozy place located on the hill to spend a holiday in tranquility. Super welcoming and kind hosts and always ready to help or recommend activities and attractions. Equipped with every comfort between a kitchenette equipped with everything, air conditioning, wifi. Highly recommended

The suite we stayed in is very welcoming, clean, brand new decor and complete with everything you need for a pleasant and carefree stay. The position is very central. Parking is not present, the car must be left outside the city center, where the parking lots are for a fee. The Host was very scrupulous in providing directions for access to the structure and friendly during breakfast in the common room.

This is our second time at Giovanni’s place and probably won’t be the last. We love Penne and Giovanni’s is right on the main square. Lovely place, all good things.

Friendly and reserved place. Elena is super helpful and clear in her directions, everything is taken care of in detail to make her customers feel at ease. Only thing missing is an evening hobby TV for the rest, an impeccable place in all points of view, I recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Ascoli for a variety of reasons 👍🏻

I was a little confused at first because I didn't know what to expect. A little by little I was able to breathe and respect all the beauty of an ancient villa with its high ceilings and frescoes on the walls. The very clean room and attention to detail made the stay very pleasant. The explanations for check-in are very detailed, the place is always warm. The perfect breakfast with the delicious fresh eggs from the chicken coop. In short, I can only speak well and surely if I go back to those parts this will be my place again. Thank you very much

The Versi del Mare is a happy little family oasis in front of the sea. The warm welcome and attention to the smallest details make it a perfect location to be able to enjoy a beach vacation in full relaxation and well-being. Some bicycles are provided so you can visit Roseto in comfort and move from the relaxation of the sea to nightlife. Complete all the excellent breakfast service, served in the large garden, attentive to all types of tastes. Francesca and her family made us feel at home, sharing some nice chats and laughter, which we will always be grateful for. Absolutely recommended.

We returned to Andrea and his family after having already been there in June. We reconfirm a special place for proximity to the sea, cleanliness and services. We also used the shared kitchen and ate in the garden, as well as taking advantage of the agreements made available. We will definitely be back

We had a great time during our 2-day stay in Martinsicuro. The room and the structure have been newly renovated. The rooms and common areas are clean and equipped with all comforts. Andrea is very helpful and responds immediately to requests and needs. The property is very close to the sea and there are free parking lots and a supermarket within walking distance. Super value for money!
