L'appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla e a pochi minuti dal centro di Terni e da Narni, nella verde campagna umbra ed e' presente un parcheggio privato. Terni e' una piccola città, le distanze sono brevi, e la posizione del nostro appartamento e' ottima per esplorare i luoghi piu' suggestivi della nostra provincia: la cascata delle Marmore, Piediluco, Narni, Le Mole di Narni e le Gole del Nera. The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.
