Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Province of Terni

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Everything was great and as described. Wonderful views and a lot of privacy. The accommodation is secluded, so you can enjoy a lot of peace and quiet. Many beautiful villages such as Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia are well accessible by car. Overall highly recommended.

Sara and Salvatore's place is a jewel with every detail. We really appreciated all the little attention given to their guests. The view is incredible and has priceless tranquility. Hosts are available. We hope to be back very soon!

My partner and I had already been guests of Fernando, and despite the fact that it has been a year and more, the apartment was always wonderful, clean, equipped with everything. You feel at home. Do yourself a favor, and don't waste time booking a unique weekend in this apartment.

The house is extremely spacious, perfect for large groups or large families. In addition, the house is equipped with everything you need, from appliances of all kinds to board games to spend time. The garden is very large and beautiful to live, also very well-stocked for grilling and relaxing surrounded by nature. The village is very small but one night they had a party with music and dances, an event that made our stay even more enjoyable. A long stay is recommended by organizing days when you visit the neighboring villages and lakes such as Todi, Orvieto and Lake Bolsena. A big thank you to Maria

This is a stunning villa in a beautiful location where you feel isolated in the best way. But you can actually walk 5 mins to the bakery or 10 mins to the supermarket. Or head into Terni for delicious meals. But we stayed in a lot because of the lovely big tables to use & the kitchen had everything we needed. There was so much space in the house and in the grounds that we never felt on top of each other with plenty of spots to enjoy. The heated pool was also an absolute bonus that didn’t disappoint, with inflatables galore & a fridge nearby! Alessandro was so helpful and on hand for any questions both before and during the stay, which helped for a smooth process throughout. Just a heads up about the mosquitoes that were here but with resources supplied by the house & lots of bug spray, you should be fine! Would definitely go back here! So many lovely memories were made ❤️

It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby cities and the stunning countryside. Thanks to the central location, we were able to easily travel around and soak in all the beauty Tuscany has to offer. A lovely property in a beautiful area. Sabrina and Antonio were really attentive and kind. Easily accessible by text and also prompt in coming round to solve a problem. Having 3 separate apartments worked well for the extended family and the ground floor was large enough for us to dine together. There are lots of places to visit including many beautiful hill top medieval towns. Antonio and Sabrina were very kind gifting some local Est Est Est wine and a cake for our special birthday. Little unexpected touches like these helped to make it a memorable stay. The weather was not on our side in the middle of April, rain and mist on several days, so it would have been nice to have somewhere inside for us to sit and relax together. A few comfy sofas would have been appreciated by older members of our group. You will not be disappointed with your stay here, no matter the weather!
