Outside there is a large swimming pool, dining area, a play house for children, multiple car-parking options and a 2 car fully enclosed garage. There are also a BBQ and a wood fire oven if you wish to cook outside.

There are two smart TVs, WiFi and two air conditioners. The bathroom has a water heater, a shower with a handle and a hand shower instead of a bidet. Outside you will find a shower, paved garden with umbrella, relaxation area and electric awning. Unattended private parking, in a quiet area.
