A Comfortable Ground Floor consisting of a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and sofa bed, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry. The entrance is independent, overlooking the porch and garden of the house's exclusive stones. The accessible olive grove next door is shared with me. The house is in the countryside in a quiet place in Montecchio, a small town a few km from Umbrian towns such as Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi and Todi. 20 km from the A1 motorway to easily reach Rome and Florence.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Rose is a queen/double bedroom and a large walk in accessible bathroom with a balcony/patio and stunning views across the valley towards Orvieto.
