What a great place. It had everything you would ever need!! we happen to arrive in the hottest time of the year and the air-conditioning units were perfect! The neighbors were great and the entire process was just amazing. Giuseppe is an incredible host and so is his wife Rita and I highly recommend staying here!

Staying at this property was incredibly easy. The host and their support team were very responsive and the property was as described, very clean and easy to live in. It is impossible to explain the breath-taking view from the balcony and how easy it was to walk down to Stresa’s center. On our first night as we sat on the patio looking over Lago Maggiore, we saw fireworks which was un-expected. If you want easy living with great views, fantastic Italian village access within a 7 minute walk, and responsive hosts … then this is the place to book.

Giovanni and Paola's accommodation is clean, comfortable and conveniently located for going to Stresa, swimming in Lake Maggiore. I would highly recommend it.

Absolutely impeccable accommodation, in a beautiful property with a very nice garden, quiet, very well-equipped with a parking space, it is located 20 minutes from Stresa and Lake Ortola. Like the accommodation, the welcome is particularly neat by Paola who is a perfect host, attentive, and very good advice.

My wife and I have been travelling Europe for 13 weeks staying at various hotels and apartments. This particular place is top of our list; it was fantastic is most departments. The view is fantastic and you can open the patio style window/door to get the breezes in and sip a glass of wine whilst admiring the lake. Would definitely recommend it.

I stayed at the villa with 4 friends, a group holiday to celebrate turning 40. It was the perfect stay. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms well equipped with everything we needed. Fiona and her husband went above and beyond to help us plan days out, and recommend local restaurants to us. The villa was a perfect location in a quiet area to go out exploring (definitely need a hire car to drive out to local areas), and the pool and garden are a beautiful setting to soak up the sun. View of the lake from the villa is amazing! Thank you Fiona for helping to make our trip so special.

Very nice little well renovated studio! Very authentic place, accessible through the small alleyways that make all the charm of Pallanza and its region 🧡 Just two large street lamps on overnight and despite the opaque roller blinds (interior), light comes in and could inconvenience people who are sensitive to this! Otherwise everything was fine and the host gave all the explanations in order to have a pleasant stay! Thank you Sara

Brilliant wee place ran by a lovely French couple. Place was clean and cosy with a good selection of amenities. They were really welcoming and walked us down to the one pizzeria that was open (it’s a small town)

Perfect location, beautiful and clean apartment. The small balcony and especially the small, enclosed single garage for our motorcycles were again extra plus points. The Communication with Edoardo was very good and completely hassle-free. We will be happy to come back.

Very quiet and spacious accommodation, in a beautiful environment you can have the chance to observe a few chamois. The veranda that connects the 2 houses is very nice and the outdoor grill is very convenient in good weather. Noted that the property is inhabited by the owner when it is not rented. Personal belongings are therefore present, but that didn't bother us. Francesco is very responsive to answer questions and did everything possible to make the stay enjoyable.

Very courteous and helpful hosts, exceptional location, no problems at check-in and check-out, fast and reliable communications. Absolutely worth mentioning!

Bolzano N. was a great base for exploring the region of the lakes. Very friendly welcome by Cristiana's parents. They were very helpful and at the same time very discreet.

The accommodation is as described and very clean, in a quiet environment. We exchanged throughout our stay with Donatella, Alberto's mom, who was very available, attentive to our needs and full of nice touches. In addition, Donatella gave us good places to eat! In short, a property to recommend without so much as a second thought for the quality of the services, but also the kindness and availability of the hosts. In addition, the area is great. Lots to do within a short drive (essential).

We had a great stay at the house. It felt like what AirBnB was originally meant for - staying in a lived-in actual house instead of a sanitised holiday home. It is well equipped inside and out and you won’t stay in a better location. It is right on the lake for swimming and water sports, but also a short easy walk into town.

We were greeted by Gabriella. The communication, instructions, and flexibility on the check-in time were flawless. The accommodation totally met our expectations, very clean, very well equipped, an ideal location to visit Lake Maggiore and Orta, and the garden is a haven of peace. The highlight of this stay was the hospitality of our hosts. Gabriella and her family are very kind, respectful people, who were available to give us great advice about their area and to chat. I will also not forget their help after a bad bike fall, thank you again. We felt like we were at home and will be happy to go back to see them.

What to say, the farmhouse has been restored with attention to all details, tastefully furnished and accessible even to guests with mobility difficulties... it has a super well-equipped kitchen, clean and cozy... fireplaces and Christmas decorations have made the environment really warm. I highly recommend

Excellent place out in the woods and nature

We spent 7 wonderful weeks at Simone's place. We felt right at home and can highly recommend the apartment. Simone was always available and helpful.

The property is located in a bucolic area, very pleasant and relaxing. The place is small, but practical and has beautiful views of the garden. We especially enjoyed homemade bread and jam and chicken eggs. The host is very courteous and explained some things about the place; we would have liked to stop again to let us tell us much more about the woods, of which Paolo is an expert. The geese, the dog, and the tender kitten gave us moments of carefree!

Adelaide was immediately a great host, kind and available to any request I made, a more than positive experience!
