Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Vercelli

The accommodation was perfect without exception. The location, the modern facilities and the outstanding view of the lake made our trip an experience. Fabrizio was super friendly and his son Lukas recommended very good restaurants in Milan. Even in October it is a good opportunity to switch off for a few days, we could use the jacuzzi at any time, even at 2 o'clock in the morning we sat in it and enjoyed the view with a glass of wine and a cigar. Thanks again to Fabrizio!

Very nice studio with air conditioning. Ideal base to discover Baveno and to go out, everything is within walking distance. Parking the car at the train station is also free and perfect. It is a short walk, but you get a beautiful location of the court house in return. We would love to come back, Alessandro! Thanks for the good care

A very nice & above all very clean apartment with beautiful terrace 🌞 only to be considered with 5 guests: for the sofa bed in the living room there is no possibility to darken the room.

Very well located and very clean apartment. The free pitches right next door are perfect. We are not in the bustle of Stresa, but not far either. The location is the right balance between practical and calm. Elena was very helpful and the exchanges were very courteous. We recommend the apartment.

First, I have to emphasize the communication with Yvonne very positively. Responded to questions very quickly and always helpful. Amenities of appliances like at home, all there. There are more than enough dishes , silverware and glasses available . What is the highlight, the magnificent view of Lake Maggiore at breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The shore promenade to Belgirate by car is five minutes away. It's about a 15 to 20-minute walk to the village. It is 20 to 30 minutes to walk up. If you want it a little quieter, this is the place. Lovely apartment, huge balcony. We rarely go back to Airbnb’s but this one is worth a return visit.

Roberto's apartment met all our expectations: kitchen equipped with everything you need, spacious bedroom, and a super shower in the bathroom. The welcome for our dog was also very much appreciated. The outdoor area, equipped with comfortable armchairs, is also very useful. Definitely worth going backto.

Excellent Host and great Location in an outstanding Environment

We stayed in 6, the accommodation was spacious and welcoming with all the necessary comforts. We found tidy and clean environments, the garden was the highlight. The host was kind and helpful, in short, it was a super stay!

We had a great stay at the house. It felt like what AirBnB was originally meant for - staying in a lived-in actual house instead of a sanitised holiday home. It is well equipped inside and out and you won’t stay in a better location. It is right on the lake for swimming and water sports, but also a short easy walk into town.

The house is bigger and better than it looks in the photos, it was clean and had good bedding and mattresses. Kevin responded quickly and efficiently, has his own parking, which makes the stay easier. I recommend it!

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment. It has many steps and the staircase is narrow, you have to keep that in mind! The place Lesa is very good for relaxing. Perfect for swimming and SUP! Many great restaurants nearby or in the surrounding area! If you want to shop and have a hustle and bustle, you have to go to Stresa or Arona/where we liked Arona more! Giovanni's accommodation is perfect for two people. Everything you need is available and very nicely furnished. The terrace is quiet and private, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the summer evenings outside. Communication with Giovanni was very easy and he also responded directly to concerns. The location is great for hiking, mountain biking and gravel biking. We will be happy to come back!!!

The accommodation was clean, well located 10 min walk from the center. Perfect for families, we were with an 18-month-old baby. Ground floor terrace, private entrance, as described. Very friendly hosts, looking forward to going back. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Alessandra’s place! The well maintained flowers and outside seating area are lovely. Inside you’ll find anything you need, from ac to electronic shutters, nice kitchen and bathroom. It’s in walking distance to restaurants and a small beach. We travelled without car and while the walk from the ferry across the bridge is designed mainly for cars, we could easily get around and were really happy with everything. Alessandra is easy to reach if you have any questions and does everything to make you feel at home. We can wholeheartedly recommend her place! Thank you :)

It wasn't a leisure vacation but a need to be close to the hospital. What I was interested in was a quiet place, close to the center and clean and I found it there.

I am extremely happy with the stay, great apartment, comfortable, incredibly clean, with a wonderful outdoor area for relaxing outside. The kitchen is fully equipped. Cetty is very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. We had a great time being her guests
