Apartment matching the description, Anita is very attentive and considerate. Commendable care and cleanliness of the house, nothing was missing, including a cake for breakfast :-) Top mattress and double bed, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, TV, very convenient location for visiting southern Tuscany, Lake Bolsena, Tuscia etc. Calm and quiet location, a wake-up with nature around and the rooster crowing :-) Thanks Anita for hosting us. The castle is a gem, once in a lifetime experience. With the decor and the overall aspect of the house, you feel like in a palace. Very spacious with everything you need in the kitchen. On the downside, it was a bit cold but our host turned on the heat and it was ok. Andrea was very helpful, giving us local recommendations and always pending to our needs. It was quite a medieval feel to our stay and we loved it.

Located in the Lake Vico reserve, the retreat is located in a beautiful and reserved naturalistic place, but still not too far from Viterbo. Although the structure retains all the characteristics of a rustic country house, it manages to be clean, tidy, extremely functional, without drafts and equipped with all the services. The only things to be careful about are the state of the road caused by rain, dangerous for those who have a car too low, and the need to stock up on food and water before arriving, as it takes a 10-minute drive to a supermarket. Luckily, both things are communicated during the reservation, so guests can be prepared. We thank Giovanni, a welcoming man who has provided us with all the information about the house and also some tips on places to visit. We hope to go back!

Fantastic abode hidden below the village of Saturnia. The property is fantastic, and has sunshine all day beating down on the garden and pool area. The house has everything you'd need, well kitted out kitchen, and all bedrooms are en-suite. AC worked well, so good sleeping wasn't lacking. The outdoor grill area and living room were also great, especially at night while watching the stars and listening to the nature all around. And for our group, which included 5 kids and a couple of digital nomads, the wi-fi kept up to keep everyone satisfied. I'd stay again in a heartbeat and look forward to being back in Saturnia.

Beautiful and charming house surrounded by the nature of the surrounding countryside, ideal for getting away from the routine and frenzy. Although we are sure that, for the amenities offered (swimming pool, barbecue, garden) it is even more exceptional in summer, we had a great time. Everything is as advertised. Enzo was very kind and flexible with check-in times. He welcomed us warmly and made himself completely available. A few insects visited us in the cottage, but it's more than normal given the location, it would have been strange otherwise. Overall, a great stay.

very peaceful place. Remote rural location, yet close to the town nearby. enjoyed swimming pool. you may only struggle little bit to get there in a low suspension car.

After our booking, we were warmly welcomed through the site by the hostess who is useful information about the house, the route and the area. The house offers plenty of opportunities to be together and retreat. The bedrooms are spacious, the bathroom is pleasant and the kitchen is well equipped. In short, the house, the hospitality but also certainly the surroundings have contributed to a very pleasant stay.

Essential and practical apartment,if you need anything with cordiality it is immediately provided to you. Immersed in the countryside with the owners always present . A structure that accommodates up to 20 people, so quiet and private . Country five minutes away , 10 sea and many places to visit in the area . Pool and outdoor spaces great added value

We had a wonderful stay in Orvieto! Firm but comfortable beds. Good water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. Well stocked kitchen. A/C in the bedrooms that worked well. Shutters on windows kept the rooms dark for sleeping. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Wonderful walkable town.

We had a great time!!!! the house is in a quiet and relaxing place surrounded by greenery but still very close to the city of Viterbo and close to the roads connecting to the tourist places of Tuscia. Sabina is very nice and kind the house is ideal for all couples of friends families with children and animals Highly recommended

We only had a night to stay in Cristiana’s place but it was the perfect pit stop. Prior to the trip, she answered any questions and requests very quickly. She even sent a video on how to access the home. We asked her for parking recommendations and she responded within minutes. The actual place itself was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and check out the next day was easy.

Cleanliness,availability, hospitality and cordiality are the values that distinguish Simona and her apartment; in fact she has made herself readily available to support us, both by phone and personally, to our requests. Apartment strategically located near the beautiful "Città del Tufo": Sorano, Sovano and Pitigliano (about 10/15 minutes) and the Mulino Falls. I recommend it! Also great are the typical products sold at your nearby grocery store.

We had a great stay in Sutri! The apartment was clean, quiet, and well-located for exploring the historic center. Sara was a kind and responsive host who made check-in easy and made sure we had everything we needed. A peaceful place to rest and recharge during our Italian adventure — highly recommend!

Very well designed place. Modern kitchen, rooms and bathrooms. Nice spot close to restaurants and attractions points. Self check-in was a breeze. Helped accomodate an earlier check-in time. Beds were super comfy. A lot of complimentary snacks and drinks, very appreciated after a long travel day. Washer and dryer was very convenient as well. Items that can bring the experience to a higher level : 1) small couch instead of the two chairs 2) get the shower drain to work better as water puddles after 3 mins of running water.

Our recent stay at Palazetto di Marmo was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views that surrounded the villa and the charming little village. Traveling with a group of six, we found the villa to be beautifully appointed, offering both comfort and luxury. The sophisticated and masterful interior design truly set Palazzetto di Marmo apart. Each room was designed with exquisite taste and attention to detail. The outdoor terrace and the adjoining pool area provided perfect spots for relaxation. Our days were filled with adventure as we embarked on various hiking trails and visits to nearby vineyards and historic towns. The hosts at Palazzzetto di Marmo went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful recommendations on local attractions, we felt well taken care of at all times. In summary, our stay at Palazzetto di Marmo exceeded every expectation. I've never found many amenities offered in just one place. Eliana was immediately very available to provide us with a camping bed with everything you need and a high chair with great respect for our one-and-a-half-year-old girl. The house is full of children's games and books that my little girl immediately looted! In the kitchen there is a need for tea/herbal tea and pasta, while the bathroom is full of products for everyone! Eliana also recommended activities and restaurants nearby, a super approved place to stay!

We visited Alice's amazing villa during our summer vacation. This was a really good experience. Alice was sweet and very helpful-if the slightest issue occurred, she was available. She was very friendly and allowed us to pick tomatoes and salad from the fenced yard. The villa and surroundings were even better than what the pictures show! It has an incredibly nice view and everything is just fine. We enjoyed that there was air conditioning in all rooms and that there were towels and linens available. In addition, we were very happy with the large common room where you could relax on the sofa while others cooked in the lovely kitchen. It was clean and tidy and everything you needed. Pool areas and the pool houses were also very nice. All in all, a perfect holiday in beautiful surroundings that we would so much want to travel back to!
