Now, newly completed (summer 2022) this traditional rural building has been lovingly restored by the owner architect, who with the help of amazing local craftsmen has sensitively combined the best of contemporary design with traditional restoration work. Il Seccatoio - a stone house with panoramic views

Seccatoio is a detached stone house with an area of 60m². It can accommodate 2-4 people and has the bedroom on the first floor, under the antique roof. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a large bathroom and a spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. It offers a beautiful view of Monte Amiata. From the living you have acces to a terrace with dining table and grill in the shade of a pergola and another small terrace in front of the kitchen to enjoy the sunsets.

Casina Tuscia is a completely renovated and efficient villa where you can relax. Immersed in nature and surrounded by a beautiful native olive grove. We want to suggest to our guests that in September it will be possible to taste the grapes harvested directly from our rows. Also in November, you can taste the new oil from our plants.
