If you are looking for peace to relax, you will find it here. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the historic Vinetastadt Barth. This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

Bei uns findet ihr eine sehr schöne, individuelle Wohnung mit eigenem kleinen Garten und einer Holzterrasse, um die Sonne, den Tag und den Abend zu genießen. Ihr habt einen separaten Eingang. Wir befinden uns in einer Einfamilienhaussiedlung am Rande der kleinen Stadt Barth. Einkaufsmöglichkeit 5 Min zu Fuss. Gastronomie reichhaltig vorhanden. Am Meer seid ihr in 45 Min mit dem Rad und in 15 Min mit dem Auto. Fahrzeit Fähre vom Hafen Barth nach Zingst ca 45 Min.

On 47 sqm you will find a bright living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed and flat-screen TV, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment also features a balcony and parking space and covered bicycle parking space are included – ideal for relaxing days between the beach, nature and town.

A big table for eating, playing, painting, partying and a lot of comfort around it. The Bodden with swimming area, playground and barbecue area is only a few minutes walk away, and this place is also the ideal place to find peace and relaxation in the high season.

The Baltic apartment is centrally located and the ideal retreat for two people. The historic marketplace with its inviting cafés, restaurants and bars is just a 1-minute walk away. The picturesque Bodden is also within walking distance and invites you to take relaxing walks by the water. The apartment "Steernkieker" is located in an outbuilding on a spacious, private garden property with a pond. Relax on your sun terrace or start to Mecklenburg – Western Pomerania's most popular attractions. The historic old town of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is about 10 km away. In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

Genieße entspannte Tage in unserer 2025 fertiggestellten, stilvollen Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage von Prerow. Hier sind mehr Fahrräder als Autos unterwegs und dennoch ist alles gut erreichbar. Wiesenau 2 trägt unsere persönliche Handschrift – genau wie das Restaurant Wiesenau unter derselben Anschrift. Alles wird von uns, Tim & Yvi, mit viel Sorgfalt selbst gestaltet und betreut. Parkplätze stehen im Innenhof zur Verfügung.

Maritime and lovingly furnished non-smoking apartment (first occupancy 06/20) on the second floor of a 5-party Baltic Sea villa, which has three rooms. There are two free parking spaces right in front of the entrance door. 
The location of the apartment is very central, so you can reach the shopping street with shops, restaurants or bakeries in a few minutes on foot. The beach and sea are also within walking distance.

You will stay directly on the beautiful harbor of Barth with water view from the terrace.
