Classic houseboat

With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

It is only a few minutes by car or bike to the beach. Shopping (bakery, mini market, bike rental) in the village. Barth/Zingst with shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike/car. On site: Wi-Fi, playground table tennis, badminton, meadow for soccer or volleyball.

With us you will find a very nice, individual apartment with its own small garden and a wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and the evening. You have a seperate entrance. We are located in a single-family housing estate on the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. Quiet apartment with balcony

Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.

Maritime and lovingly furnished non-smoking apartment (first occupancy 06/20) on the second floor of a 5-party Baltic Sea villa, which has three rooms. There are two free parking spaces right in front of the entrance door. 
The location of the apartment is very central, so you can reach the shopping street with shops, restaurants or bakeries in a few minutes on foot. The beach and sea are also within walking distance.

Windflüchter Bresewitz Vacation Rental

Our beautiful, fully equipped apartment on the 1st floor overlooking the Vorpommerische Boddenlandschaft National Park is located in the quiet village of Bresewitz, just 4 km from the beach in Zingst. The cranes pass over our south-west balcony in autumn and spring. Our guests have 2 parking spaces, a lockable bicycle cellar, 5 minutes to the ice cream shop and nature right outside the door.

Our thatched roof provides a comfortable stay around the year. The landscape all the way up to Zingst can be viewed from the balcony. You may relax in front of the fireplace or on the terrace. The village has access to many bike routes and hiking trails along the south side of the Bodden and the baltic sea coast. Stralsund, Rostock and other destinations are close by.

Large house right on the water

The two-story vacation home is surrounded by a very large garden with direct access to the Bodden via a private jetty. There is a large terrace and a garden at the house. You can explore the area with your own canoe or stand-up paddleboard. You can, of course, also fish at the jetty (except in May). On the large property there is a small house.
