The unique location offers rich opportunities for trips around the area - wine cycling trails, Pálava, Mikulov, Lednice or the Pouzdřanská steppe itself and the vineyards of Kolby.

The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

Relax with the whole family in this beautiful cottage located in the centre of Krumvir. Krumvir is a small tranquil village in the heart of the wine region know as Czech Tuscany. There are many local wine cellars you can visit, and numerous local tourist activities are a short drive away, and you can cycle or walk in the beautiful countryside right from the front door. The cottage is next to a stream, with views of the local Church. We have a swimming pool which is in use from June to September.

The wine cellar building was built in 1983 and completely renovated in 2025. It is located in one of the wine alleys in the village of Moravský Žižkov, located between the famous wine and tourist locations of Velké Bílovice and Prušánky. The village is located near the Lednice-Valtice area. The entire building is designed to provide the perfect setting for shorter or longer stays, for quiet family holidays, but also for a group of friends.
