From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). We have lovingly prepared the apartment for rent and hope that our guests feel very comfortable. The apartment is centrally located in the south of Rosenheim with a good bus connection to the train station or quickly by car on the highway. Rosenheim has a beautiful city center and you are also immediately in the mountains and at the surrounding lakes, and can enjoy the dreamlike nature.

Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.
