Holiday rentals with a patio in Puerto del Carmen

Alma was always in touch when needed. At our arrival we were greeted with special treats. The apartment was sparkling clean and all appliances were of good quality. Private atmosphere, two small terraces for our morning coffee and a well maintained pool.

Perfect accomodation with attention to detail for all the little extras included, hairdryer & straighteners in the bathroom. Condiments, milk, water & wine supplied. 3 mins downhill to the main strip, 6 mins back up

nous avons adoré notre voyage à Lanzarote. le logement était très bien situé pour profiter de la plage, des restaurants et de l'ambiance de la ville tout en étant au calme. la résidence est propre, la piscine était très agréable pour plaire à tous les membres de notre famille (baignade et bronzage). tout est pensé dans l'appartement pour se sentir comme à la maison.

War eine super gemütliche, saubere und private Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist klein und fein, und es ist alles da, was man braucht! Auch das Gebiet ist eher ruhig, zu Fuß geht man schon ca 15 Minuten, bis man zu einem Supermarkt kommt. Aber mit Mietauto überhaupt kein Problem! Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Rainer ist ein prima Gastgeber!

Notre séjour dans le logement de Camilo s’est très bien passé. Il est bien situé sur l’île ce qui permet de visiter un morceau de lanzarote chaque jour. Nous avons apprécié les équipements du logement, sa vue et surtout son calme. Il est très facile de se garer en voiture devant le logement. La communication avec Camilo et Dacil a été très bonne et sont réactives au moindre problème. Merci encore pour ce séjour que nous avons adoré. 🙂

Ruhige Gegend, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt. Die „Anlage“ mit großem Pool und kleineren war super, sowie die Terrasse. Unterkunft in allem super.

Beautiful apartment in pure Lanzarote's style. Highly recommended!

We have spent a great week in great comfort. The accommodation was perfect. Spotlessly clean and comfortable with every amenity we could wish for. And more! The location is perfect, so close to Playa Bastian and its beautiful beach with walkable restaurants and bars. The swimming pool is fab! Svetlana was so responsive, helpful and kind. We cannot recommend highly enough.

Ha estado una estada perfecta! La casa que teníamos estaba impecable, con todos los recursos que necesitas e incluso más (pinzas, todos los utensilios de cocina, tendedero…). La casa es preciosa, luminosa, espaciosa, con unas vistas increíbles, y muy muy cómoda. La recomendamos al 100%. Mika un anfitrión genial, super atento y amable, nos recomendó lugares para ver, y nos ayudó en todo. Para acceder a la casa necesitas un coche que esté preparado para subir por un camino de tierra y piedras. Vale mucho la pena! Gracias!!

Logement que je recommande sans restrictions: conforme aux photos, très proche de l'océan ( 2 minutes à pieds ), au calme. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour y passer un excellent séjour: très bien équipé pour cuisiner, pour lessiver. Très bien placé pour visiter l'ensemble de l'île, proche d'une station essence( 5 minutes ), de l'aéroport ( 20 minutes ) ainsi que de tous les lieux touristiques à visiter sur l'île. Sara est très réactive par messages pour toutes questions. Encore un grand merci à Sara pour l'excellent accueil.

Fantastic apartment, very welcoming host, well stocked with home essentials. Thoroughly cleaned, outdoor space was lovely, and peaceful neighbourhood. Within walking distance of a small harbour with excellent restaurant choices, and a 10 minute drive to tourist hotspots. Could not fault it and will return one day soon.

Villa Bonita was exactly as described. It had everything you needed. The heated pool was great as was the jacuzzi. It was cleaned twice when we were there. Beds and pillows where comfortable and was handy not to have to bring beach towels. The pool area with plenty of seating was really great. The area was quite and peaceful and about 15 mins walk to Playa Blanca and 4 mins drive. There was a Lidl and Aldi closeby and the kitchen had everything you needed to make food with plenty of condiments to use. The villa had Netflix and games to play. Would 100% recommend this Villa. David was a pleasure to deal and always super prompt in getting back to us if we had any questions.

Todo muy limpio y nuevo, la zona muy tranquila, cerca del aeropuerto y de la capital

Me and my son stayed for 3 nights and it all went well. Area was clean quiet and safe and 10 min walk to the beach. Apartment is in a very small complex. it met all our needs and the private outdoor area and bbq area was the highlight as well as the communal pool that no other residents used while we were there so my son had it all to himself. coffee, tea, water, wine and snacks on arrival was a bonus. communications were clear and quick. some minor downsides was a bit of noise from neighbours at times but that is expected in a complex. was a few hours of loud noise from adjacent construction site one morning. the shower was very good but ran out of hot water after a few minutes. i think it would feel a bit cramped for 4 people but for 2 or 3 its perfect in size. overall very happy and would recommend.

3 of us had the most idyllic 5 days at Marina Elia. The villa is beautiful & tastefully decocarated and within walking distance of the Marina & its nice selection of bars & restaurants (even with the steep hill walk home!) If possible it is even better than the pictures show (no magic camera required) Inside there was everything you could posdibly need, a beutiful fully equipped kitchen, fab comfortable furniture, gorgeous bathrooms. The outside area was stunning & we're missing the pool & hot tub already. Iain & Teresa were brilliant hosts & incredibly responsive. We will be recommending this amazing villa to friends & family. Lo hemos pasado increíble en Villa Nerea. La villa es preciosa, cómoda y muy bien equipada, con una piscina estupenda y zonas amplias para relajarse. Está en una zona tranquila pero muy bien situada, cerca de todo. Los dormitorios son perfectos para descansar. ¡Repetiremos seguro!

Environnement très calme et reposant. La piscine et les autres équipement était très bien et bien adaptée!!! Le logement était très propre et tout mis à disposition, rien à dire sur l’hygiène. L’hôte était réactive et nous a donner des conseils sur plein de chose

This is an excellent apartment at an excellent location. You are a short walk away from the old town of Puerto de Carmen and also not a long walk for the strip if that’s what you are into. The location has sufficient street parking when I visited, allowing me to explore the island with no stress, furthermore, I would also recommend a rental car to explore what Lanzarote has to offer. Then pictures provided are accurate and I would recommend the location to those who want to explore the island more than just pubs and bars.

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour à Lanzarote. L'Appartement de Virginie est idéalement placé avec toutes les commodités. Il ne manque absolument rien...... L'appartement est extrêmement propre et très agréable. La piscine, la plage, les commerces etc..... tout est à proximité. Virginie a été aux petits soins avec nous, avec un délai de réponse très très rapide. Il nous manquait des serviettes de plage.....Virginie nous les a déposees dans l'heure...... Virginie est d'une très grande gentillesse et cela a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons certainement !!!

Esperienza stupenda!! Tamara è stata molto gentile nel farci entrare prima dell'orario del check in stabilito; reattiva, pronta e comprensiva nel risolvere una nostra distrazione. È stata amichevole e gentile per tutto lo svolgersi della nostra vacanza. Super consigliata! Casetta con tutto il necessario e vicino al centro di Arrecife, ma in una stradina tranquilla!

Le logement est identique à la description et est très bien situé pour naviguer rapidement entre le Nord et le Sud de l’île. La location d’une voiture est fortement recommandée si vous voulez avoir la liberté de pouvoir bouger partout dans l’île. Mark et Sue sont très accueillants et disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande vivement ce logement !

john This place is stunning I felt really safe a really good deal !There is everything you could in the apartment, the pool is beautiful and is heated. The food and drinks were great really reasonable a safe place for children and families. Andrew is really helpful if you need any advice or assistance. There is a lovely spar shop and small bars and restaurants nearby . John has a great guide with everything you would need to know in case of emergencies or local knowledge . We used his recommendations for dining at night. we really enjoyed everything and will definitely return breda mc hugh.

Apartment just as described, perfectly clean and comfortable, nice little terrace with both sunloungers, chairs and table and sunny aspect from mid-morning onwards. Beautifully maintained complex, pretty and quiet. We didn’t use the pool area as spent most days at the beach but we were also not too sure whether the sunloungers at the pool were for general use or belonged to the apartments around it. Great location with beach, bars and restaurants a very short walk away and surprisingly flat for Puerto Del Carmen! Sue was most helpful, even booked us a taxi back to the airport. Would happily stay again.
