This centrally located apartment is ideally positioned, just a few steps from the beautiful beach-front promenade. Situated between the old and new town, it offers easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, pools, supermarket and the beach, which are all just a few minutes walk away. The accommodation includes a spacious living/dining area with modern fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms and a shower room. Nuevo apartamento en Puerto del Carmen, ubicado en un complejo muy tranquilo con piscina comunitaria con vistas al mar. Lo mejor de este apartamento es su terraza, dispone de cama redonda para tomar el sol, parrilla exterior para cocinar y una gran mesa para comer o trabajar con vistas al mar. En el interior dispone de salón con smart TV internacional, sofá muy confortable y una pequeña mesa de desayunos. La cocina está totalmente equipada: horno, microondas, frigorífico, sartenes y menaje.

Great location & great layout

This apartment is located very centrally near both old town and main strip. Many facilities such as large Lidl, two other supermarkets, bus stop and the Biofera shopping centre are located within 400 meters. There are a few really nice bars, restaurants at the corner. The apartment is well laid out with most furniture multi functional . It can comfortably host two adults and two children for sleeping and storage . It is very comfortable, unique and relaxing . All Irish & UK & European TV.
