Beach condo holiday rentals in Puerto Rico

Book it. If you think you need to see more options, you dont! This is THE PLACE TO STAY. What an increible few days we had. Harry’s home is exactly like the photos, and absolutely everything you need is available. There is water available to you in the fridge upon arrival, but if you need any more supplies the supermarket is just a short walk away. Nothing beats waking up to that view and being right on the beach. The balcony, the chairs, the hammock, the bed, the tv, the Breville coffee machine, the bathroom, THE SHAMPOO BODY WASH AND CONDITIONER 10/10!!! We’ll be talking about this place for a while. I will definitely be back to this apartment in Isla Verde. Thank you again for a magnificent stay!!!

Great location to stay in Old San Juan historical district. Walk everywhere and we found a car is not necessary. Noisy during the evenings so bring earplugs for a good night sleep.

The apartment is great, with an incredible view from the balcony. The area is incredibly relaxing. José's instructions were very clear on how to get there. Everything was very clean. 20/10. It has its own parking for 1 vehicle.

Tania was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was also very responsive which made things easier. The property was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and I felt right at home. The apartment is just as described in the pictures and everything is near by which was a great thing. I highly recommend and the area is very beautiful too.

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

What a wonderful location. Daniel was very communicative, making the whole process of checking in very easy. This spot was centrally located with a supermarket only feet away. It also was directly on the beach which was extremely convenient and made the views even better. Very short ride from the airport, and not far from places like Old San Juan. The place was very clean and he even left water bottles in the fridge in case we were thirsty upon landing! 10/10 experience and would be happy to book again.

This airbnb is exceptional. It has above and beyond amenities/stock like tin foil, sunscreen, beach towels, umbrella, beach game. Additionally- the views are wonderful, the ac works and the bed is comfy! Literally my only note for the whole place is that the pillows are intensely stuffed and for someone with neck problems this posed a difficulty for me- this is minor, but just wanted to note it. I hope to stay here again! I read reviews that said grocery store, etc was walkable and while this is true- I thought it would be helpful to know that the grocery and walgreens are across a pretty busy highway like road- so we drove even though it is right across the street. Luquillo which is walkable (by beach or street) or a short drive had restaurants, coffeeshops, breakfast, etc.

Beautiful view, very relaxing to listen to the sound of the waves from the balcony, watch the sunset, and contemplate the moon. The beach is just steps away and super quiet. The apartment is super comfortable and clean, you feel right at home!

We had a wonderful stay! Vanessa was especially helpful with getting us checked in and oriented to the condo/building. She also went really above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we had all we needed. Location is fantastic. Pool and beach never crowded. Short walk to the neighboring resort, if you want to use their amenities. Parking on site. Close to El Yunque. Short drive to San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo. Highly recommended!

I don’t tend to book twice but this place it’s the spot to do so.

Wow, Wow. Wow!! This place was absolutely perfect. Every detail and all the little extras made us feel right at home. If it wasn’t in the home you didn’t need it. She had everything you could think of from snacks, water, ample towels, clear instructions, and a beautiful space. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a clean, safe, beautiful vacation spot!!

This is a perfect place to stay. It’s beautiful & has the BEST view, it’s close to restaurants, activities, & the beach. Love the bedroom that has 2 bunks. Great shower. Kitchen is well-supplied. Elevator is quick for it to be on the 23rd floor.

The apartment was a great base location for all of our day trips. This was a relaxing landing spot for us to chill on the balcony, sit by the pool or walk on the beach. The space was big enough to allow the teens an opportunity to avoid adults for a while but also gather in the common area. The apartment was modern and very nice. Provided beach chairs were very much appreciated. We would definitely stay in this apartment again and would recommend it to others.

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

We just got back from a week long stay with our family of 5 and had a wonderful time at Diana's place. The location is awesome and the views of the water from the unit were outstanding....just what our family needed. Diana was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip. The entire island of PR experienced a brief blackout during our stay and Diana went above and beyond to make us comfortable and accommodate our family above and beyond what other Airbnb hosts would typically do (we travel a lot and use Airbnb frequently). We have 3 young children ages 5 and under and they had a blast. We would not hesitate to recommend Diana and will keep her in mind for future stays beyond just this location. We will be returning!

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Real! John’s listing was spot-on—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of five adults. With all the amenities we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The plaza location was unbeatable, with grocery stores and great dining options right at our doorstep. Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. The pictures don’t qualify for the place it is more beautiful of what you can see at the pictures. The views the sunrise and sunset are spectacular at the apartment. The location it is amazing you had security 24/7 .. private access to the pool and security also. A lot of restaurant close by including a supermarket 24/7 in case you need anything for the little ones my 3 kids said was the best vacations ever.

Great location! Just walk out to the beach, across the street to a 24-hour market or pharmacy, and only a 5-7 minute ride to the airport. There are beach chairs, a cooler and other equipment on hand to make your day in the sun everything you need. Eric is very helpful and responsive, making our reservation, arrival and checkout extremely easy. Highly recommend for much needed R&R.

My family and I lovedddd the house. It was so pretty and relaxing. We were walking distance from many things like a grocery store, Walgreens, restaurants, and even the beach. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely go back!!

Our group is happy and pleased with this Airbnb rental. The ambiance was amazing, the house was clean and comfortable. Worth every dollar we stated for 4 nights wish it was longer!
