wow- what a gorgeous place marisol has!! this location is very private & quiet, right on the water! we enjoyed two nights of peaceful ocean sounds and birds chirping during the morning. during arrival, we did not have power during the island wide outage and marisol was very responsive and proactive to make sure all was ok and useful during our stay with the generator- absolutely felt safe and secure during the time. our favorite part of the stay was how relaxing the location was, waking up in the morning and going for a walk along the sand- to hunting for sea glass all day long (which is PLENTIFUL out here!!!). we would love to come back time after time, thank you marisol for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful property. Loved having the pool. The grounds were well kept and the property worked really well for our family of five, including young children. There were some great restaurants within approx 15 minutes as if you were heading towards Loquillo rather than San Juan, so make sure you venture out that direction. There was bug spray and citronella candles provided, but you might want to over prepare if you’re going to be outside a lot at night. The space was very comfortable and large enough that we had personal space, but could still easily supervise the kids. The host was responsive and kind in our pre-arrival and post-departure communications. The space was incredibly clean. For a mountain home, I expected to see bugs inside, but I hardly saw any inside. The space was immaculate. Not a far drive from El Yunque hikes. Our family, including a 3 year old, did the Angelito trail, which ends in a swimmable area of the river.

The place is a haven of peace, a journey into the past and has good facilities. The air and hot water worked very well. The pool with warm water all the time. Accessible cooking utensils and everything you need to spend a spectacular weekend with family or friends.

This is the second time we stayed at Carlos' place. The home and property are beautiful and the home is very comfortable. The property is very private with amazing views. Carlos is always helpful and nice to talk to. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We are a family of 18 people and a pet, with children between 11 and 16 years old. The oldest of all is 90 years old. 😃 We had a very good experience in general. We were the first guests and, of course, there were some details to improve, but William, the host, always maintained excellent communication and was very attentive to our needs and open to our recommendations. It is clear that they are committed to providing a good experience. Thank you for the hospitality! The house is as it appears in the photos and has air conditioning. 🙌🏼💃🏻

This is one of the few Airbnbs I've stayed where the rental is even better than the listing/photos. The house was perfect for a long weekend girls trip- there were 6 of us and we had all the space we needed. The house was sparkling and well stocked with essentials, including toiletries and towels. It is close to airport (15 min), restaurants, etc. but it feels like you're right in the jungle. The road up is a bit like driving into Jurassic Park, would do best in a SUV. We loved the outdoor space and spent time reading in hammocks, hanging out in pool, stargazing on the balcony, and petting the sweet pups. Easy to do day trips to the beach, El Yunque and, Old San Juan. It was so nice having a place to unwind after adventures. There was some noise a couple of nights- music, rooster, yelling- but with the a/c it wasn't too bad. I would recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper. I liked being in non-touristy area and would absolutely book again!

I cannot express how amazing our stay was here!!! Cristina is so responsive and kind and she organized groceries for us before we arrived. She also offered to book excursions, massages, yoga! The house is GORGEOUS. Clean, beautifully decorated and in the perfect location just steps from a private beach with calm, clear water. There are paddle boards, beach chairs, life jackets and more all stored under the house. We will be back and we cannot wait

We had a great experience staying at this place! It’s located in the rainforest, has great views, you can hear the sound of jungle at night which is very relaxing. The chalet seems to be pretty new and was very clean. The beds were comfortable too. The road to this place is dark at night, and has lots of bends. We didn’t have any issues though, you just have to be careful driving there especially at night. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Instructions were clear, and easy to follow. Overall it was a great experience, and we had a lot of fun!

Without a doubt, the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Secluded and quiet, but also walkable to the beach and a number of restaurants. We had two families staying here at the same time, and the layout worked great for us. The pool was perfect for unwinding after those days on the beach. Tons of great food all around Rincon! Can’t wait to go back!!!

I organized a fishing trip for some friends from the states. I needed a place that was near the boat ramp and could accomodate 5. The Sandlot was perfect. Everyone had their own room and the entire stay was very comfortable. I was nervous that having no AC in the main living space might be a problem, but it was fine. It was a great trip with a fantastic home and host.

Great stay, and great place for family and friends to visit on the west side of PR. Daniel is an exceptional host and was very accommodating. We’ll miss those beautiful waterfront sunsets. Cant wait to come back!!

I loved the house very comfortable large and the comfortable and serca rooms of Playa and house very clean I recommend them to spend a quiet and family time

Our stay at Casa Roark was everything we hoped for and more. The house was comfortable, clean, and in a great location—just minutes away from Puerto Nuevo Beach, which was hands down our favorite beach in Puerto Rico. The water was crystal clear, the sand was soft, and the beach was clean and peaceful—truly a hidden gem. Richard, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. His communication was quick and clear, and we really appreciated his local recommendations—they made our trip even better. If you're looking for a relaxing escape with access to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, this is it. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay here, and the location was fantastic for us. We could hear the waves lapping on the beach from our window and a morning swim was just seconds away. There were plenty of fans to stay cool with and the location was super safe and quiet. A supermarket was two blocks away, an exercise track and play ground a block away, and a plantain fish banana coconut papaya vendor as well. The beach was almost deserted every time we went. There was a lot of seaweed. Million dollar views, especially after walking out into the water. Sea calm enough to float and fall asleep. Which I did.

Very close to Combate beach. Miguel was extremely attentive. If I had the chance, I'd go back.
